Pros:

The view was awesome. Elevators were fast and being on the 10th floor that was a very good thing. Condo was well equipped and spacious.

Cons:

The pillows were quite flat. I prefer a firmer pillow. If you were on the balcony the noise level from the restaurant deliveries and rack and launch got annoying after a couple days. You couldn’t hear it inside at all though

Tolle Lage mit sehr schöner Aussicht.
Pros:

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung mit einem super Ausblick auf die Bootsrampe. Toller Balkon sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung, die sogar behinderten gerecht ausgestattet war.

Pros:

great loacation, plenty of places to eat near buy, short drive to downtown Cape Coral. Host responed quickly to all questions and concerns. Condo had everything we needed and beautiful views of the intercoatal.

Cons:

only mild complaint is the thermostat would reset to what we presumed where preset temperatures and the master bedroom with the big window would get warm when the thermostat would raise the temperature if you were there in the mid day

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Great views! I loved watching the boats each morning and evening from the balcony. It was also nice having a big fridge to store left overs and cold drinks in. Beds were really comfortable and I appreciated having covered, safe parking. Would stay there again. Owner always responded quickly.

We had a wonderful stay and would hope to go back.
Pros:

Everything. I love Cape harbour especially having owned unit 603 in the original building.
The clubhouse pool is fantastic. I would recommend Cape Harbour to everyone.

Cons:

If I had to say anything derogatory it would only be the 2 queen bedrooms need drawers for clothes not the silly hanging things in the wardrobes. Also us ladies like dressing tables. Needs a kettle.
Your main photo is deceiving because it is a picture of 5791 not 5793.

The resort and surrounding area was lovely. The unit was spacious and comfortable.
Pros:

The location was lovely. Safe, convenient area

Cons:

The free parking lot was challenging to find a space, prior to us getting our indoor parking pass. The lot is insufficient for visiting guests. Several of the lounge chairs at the pool had broken components.

Absolutely loved this condo & location. Felt very safe & will rent again.

The view was amazing, the surrounding amenities were great & everything was so convenient.

The bed pillows & matresses need updated, and, could use a few hooks in the master closet & bath.

Perfect condo in the perfect location!
Pros:

The condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the unit was. The views were absolutely beautiful day and night. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the boats and listening to the live music at the restaurant some nights. The condo is quiet inside if you don’t enjoy that. The beds are comfortable and plenty of seating and necessities throughout the condo. The kids enjoyed the shops, gym, pools, and atmosphere of the village it is located in. We will definitely stay here again!
