A Nightmare of a Stay
Pros:

Nothing at all.

Cons:

Room was untidy and not cleaned. It was infected with pests and had to be re-cleaned again. There were no basic toilettries like a towel etc and one had to run after the staff for the same.

3. sofa and floor was full was full of dust, making it disappointing.

just use for a one night stay only not more than that and only in emergency if nothing else available.
Pros:

rooms were spacious and constructed like 1RK Model. the place is close to backyard sports club.

Cons:

no toiletries and towel were given. Owner played very very loud music till morning at the terrace and we could not sleep. they changed our room from 4th floor to 2nd floor on multiple requests.

No toiletry set was made available, the bed sheets weren’t cleaned properly, small washroom with no soap or toilet paper.

Considering other options, it was ₹500 more pricey.
