Я не понимаю, откуда такой рейтинг))))
Разве что только из-за расположения, все остальное просто ужас.
Мы остановились на зимние каникулы и было жутко холодно. Система кондиционирования воздуха не работала совсем, обещали починить, но не починили. Мы ставили на обогрев, когда возвращались сотрудники вообще выключали)))) прогреть номер так и не удалось, все простыли.
Все, что есть в «отеле» требует обновления и замены. Стены - просто ужас, все обтертые, грязные. Душевые и унитазы с ржавыми потеками. БЕЛЬЕ!!! Постельное белье и полотенца В ТУРЦИИ с дырками. Я конечно услышала от представителя отеля, что они арендуют здание, но постельное белье и полотенца то не арендуют))) это просто стыдно им должно быть за такой сервис.
Лампы - порванные. Изголовья кровати очень грязные. Шторы - порванные. Предоставленная посуда вся отбитая, погнутая.

Хорошее могу сказать только про расположение и про девушек, которые убирают. Остальное просто ужасно.
Вы или цены снизьте или сделайте что-то, чтобы до такого «уровня» дотягивать. Я понимаю, если бы стоимость была три копейки, называется, а чего вы хотели. Но когда платишь не маленькие деньги и получаешь такой ужасный сервис…

Great Location and Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Stay Lab Taksim 15 Suites has a fantastic location – shops, restaurants and transport connections are just a few steps away. I really liked the cozy atmosphere of the hotel and the modern interior, which made the stay very comfortable.

The room was clean and spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the quiet environment and the comfortable bed, which ensured a great night’s sleep.

Overall, a wonderful place to stay – I highly recommend it and would gladly return in the future!

Cons:

What I didn’t like was that, although we were five people, the kitchen was equipped with dishes and plates only for three. It would have been much more convenient if the room had been fully stocked according to the number of guests.

Quiet, peaceful hotel in the middle of the city
Pros:

The building is really pretty and for being so close to all the action it was amazingly quiet! The man at reception was very kind and checked in on us as he saw us coming and going. Short walk to Taksim square where the funicular is so it's quick to get to the waterfront and subway. Our room was huge and we both felt like we could spread out and have space. Really nice and simple decor. The elevator is tiny but we got a loved it!

Cons:

A larger bed would be nice and perhaps not so low to the ground. Toiletries being replaced daily would be wonderful. Overall a great place to stay in Istanbul.

Pros:

位置很好，服务也好，房间也好。前台很热情，帮我升级了房间。

Cons:

第一天晚上，房间里只有一双拖鞋。导致有一个人始终无法使用拖鞋。酒店的前台，下午五点就下班了，第二天才回复消息，导致我无法及时获得拖鞋。
另外，房间里的冰箱门是坏的，关不上。

Gemütliche Familienferien
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut: Metro und Bushaltestellen sind praktisch vor der Tür, Taksim Platz und Istiklal caddesi (Einkaufsstrasse/ Fussgängerzone) sind gleich um die Ecke. Fast gegenüber ist Mado, wo man sehr gut frühstücken kann (auch Brunch/Mittagessen). Die Zimmer sind praktish eingerichtet. Die Matratze war sehr hart, aber sie haben am nächsten Tag eine dünne Zusatzmatratze draufgetan, dann war das Bett ganz gut. Das Badezimmer ist super, Wasserdruck in der Dusche sehr gut (was in Istanbul nicht immer selbstverständlich ist). Die Lüftung / Klimaanlage ist sehr gut, sodass man die Fenster nicht aufmachen muss und somit auch keine Probleme mit Mücken hat.

Cons:

Der einzige Grund wieso ich nicht volle Punktezahl gebe: Das Wasser im WC ist ständig gelaufen. Ich habe am ersten Tag unseres Aufenthalts gemeldet. Während den 12 Tagen, die wir dort waren, haben sie es nicht repariert, obwohl ich fast jeden Tag daran erinnert habe.

小套间空间很大，客厅足够有摊开行李的空间。
有小电梯，不需要扛行李。
走一会儿就是塔克西姆广场，吃东西和去机场比较便利。
