Wunderschöner Ausblick & tolle Gastfreundschaft!
Pros:

Ich bin durch Zufall bei einer Wanderung am Deich auf dieses Hotel aufmerksam geworden und habe es mir direkt gemerkt. Ursprünglich geplant für eine Tour zu den Halligen, wurde daraus schließlich eine wunderbare Auszeit mit meinen Eltern.

Wir haben die Zeit rundum genossen:

Frühstück mit Aussicht: Das morgendliche Frühstück bei Ebbe war absolut zufriedenstellend – wir haben uns dafür gerne auch mal zwei Stunden Zeit gelassen, um die Atmosphäre zu genießen.

Traumhafter Spätnachmittag: Abends im Strandkorb mit einem leckeren Spaßgetränk, Kuchen und einem traumhaften Sonnenuntergang – mehr Erholung geht kaum!

Toller Service & Extrapunkte: Das gesamte Personal ist super freundlich und hatte sogar tolle Halligen-Guides und Tipps parat. Die Zimmer und Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber, und ein kostenloser Parkplatz direkt am Hotel ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt.

Essen: Egal ob Frühstück oder Abendbrot – kulinarisch war alles richtig lecker. (Einzig die übergroßen Portionsgrößen im Restaurant am Abend haben uns etwas überfordert).

Alles in allem war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Nächstes Jahr komme ich ganz bestimmt wieder, um dann ganz entspannt die Halligen zu besuchen!

Perfect stopover on the way to the ferry to Foehr. Excellent restaurand and great staff.
Pros:

We stayed at the Siel59 Hotel on our way to Foehr. Even though te oitside of the hotel doesn't look like much the rooms were very comfortable and the retaurant excellent with very friendly staff and superb food. We ate both dinner and breakfast and both were delicious with a lot of attention to detail. The hotel is also a perfect location for observing nearby huge flocks of waterbirds on their Spring and Autumn migrations

Sehr schöne Lage, aber nichts für Menschen mit Spinnenangst!

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war nicht besonders sauber, es war erwas staubig, der Nachtisch war hat geklebt und was für einen Arachnophobiker (wie mich) ein Probkem ist, es waren insgesamt 8 Spinnen im Zimmer. Ja, es ist am Wasser, aber rin Fliegengitter am Fenster oder ein gründliches putzen hätte schon geholfen.

Ein Hotel mit sehr gutem Restaurant. Leider hatten wir keine Zeit, die Sauna auszuprobieren.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir haben um 20.30 Uhr trotz eigentlichem Küchenschluss noch sehr leckeren Matjes mit Salat und Bratkartoffeln bekommen.
Das Frühstück hat auch gut geschmeckt. Das Restaurant bietet rundherum eine fantastische Aussicht.

Cons:

Unser Bett hatte nur eine Matratze, so dass wir uns gegenseitig beim Schlafen gestört haben, wenn sich eine(r) umgedreht hat im Schlaf.
Das Bett stand außerdem mit einer Seite an der Wand. Das finde ich unpraktisch.
