Depending on the time of your arrival the keys will be handed over by the Property Manager or the Security: Between 9 AM and 6 PM: The Property Manager will meet with you, give you a brief on the Property and handover the keys. Between 6 PM to 9 AM: The Security will hand over the keys and escort you to your unit. The Property Manager is available on the phone and will give you an introduction to the Property the following morning.Please note that there is a 2.5% charge when you pay with a Visa and Mastercard credit card. And 5% charge when you pay with American Express credit card.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS A PRIVATE HOME, NOT A HOTEL. WE REQUEST YOU TO TREAT THE SPACE WITH THE SAME CARE YOU WOULD IN YOUR OWN HOME.

Pros:

Rainforest Enclave, Arpora, got to stay their only 1 BHK UNIT Apartment which they have which I really felt QUIET like a STUDIO FEEL STAY APARTMENT BY ITSELF SUFFICIENT FOR A BACHELOR

Other than my Accomodation Room which i had booked with RAINFOREST ENCLAVE, ARPORA, the INTERACTION with their staff and Hospitality was truly fabulous! All of them were very friendly
On my 1st DAY of check-in I was accommodated by Mr.Edward LOBO a SENIOR CARETAKER OF the property sweetly, very personally, making me understand the COMPLETE DETAILS OF THE 1BHK APARTMENT and gave me further help for Transport if i had required during my stay and not to miss JUI their PET DOG🐕 is always at the PROPERTY moving around and will welcome you always everytime coming running at the the front OF the ENTRANCE OF THE GATE!!!

Overall, Stay was pleasant and comfortable.
Pros:

Polite staff . Housekeeping guy , Edward was especially very nice and well mannered. He instructed the staff not to disturb us when we were doing office work and they were on cleaning duty.
Washrooms were v clean n tidy.

Cons:

Approach is in a very narrow by-lane and manoeuvring the car was v painful. Can also improve on cleanliness especially cleaning under the fridge/washing machine/furniture etc.
The sheets were nt v clean . The dirt marks were hidden under the tightly tucked blanket.
