Cheap and okayish but they really need to fix up some inexpensive things like wifi and lock
Pros:

Cheap price. Friendly staff. Good location that has many restaurants and shops around.

Cons:

Horrible wifi that would go down every so often. Dangerously designed staircase that made me trip. Inaccessible and small elevator that you have to walk some stairs to get to. Unreliable smart lock that locked me out of my room twice.
