A warm and agreeable place
Pros:

Wonderful place, very calm and comfy, in a nice district. The guests, which will communicate with you through WhatsApp, are adorable and very helpful. Five minutes from subway, convenient stores and cafes are close. I will come back if I can! The apartment was very warm when I arrived, which is always pleasant at winter.

Cons:

You might want to prepare a little bit beforehand cause it's not so easy to find at night the first time - the best way is to give the Chinese address to a taxi or Didi. If it's your first time in China, remember most Western services, search engine and social networks won't be accessible through WIFI unless you use a VPN.

La ubicación es excelente

Cons:

Las fotos de la publicación de booking ninguna era de la propiedad que me terminó tocando. Si bien unos días antes de la reserva el host me envió fotos y videos reales no eran las que estaban en el sitio al momento de realizar la reserva. La ubicación tampoco era exacta en la misma
El baño era imposible pegarse una ducha sin mojar absolutamente todo
La cocina estaba muy mal provista de los utensilios más básicos ( vasos platos) si bien el host repuso algunos ante nuestro pedido su provisión era muy pobre
El proceso de pago fue muy poco transparente. Ya sabemos que en China el tema de las tarjetas de crédito internacionales es un problema pero el host te lleva a hacer todo por Alipay fuera de la plataforma de booking lo cual no deja de ser raro
La única sombra en mi excelente estadía en Shanghai

Wonderful stay, cozy place, very convenient
Pros:

Very convenient, next to the subway station, easy to go to Jing’an temple. The staff recommended several places for meals, I had a very good yunnan noodles on the first day of arrival, felt so warm.
