Uninhabitable condition
Cons:

The accommodation was very difficult to find due to an unclear address and misleading photos showing multiple rooms. There was no staff on site; we spoke with someone by phone and received an access code. Upon arrival, we found the room with the door open and in an uninhabitable condition, so we did not occupy it. The host was helpful and offered another room and a taxi, but by then we had lost our trust and declined.

A warm and agreeable place
Pros:

Wonderful place, very calm and comfy, in a nice district. The guests, which will communicate with you through WhatsApp, are adorable and very helpful. Five minutes from subway, convenient stores and cafes are close. I will come back if I can! The apartment was very warm when I arrived, which is always pleasant at winter.

Cons:

You might want to prepare a little bit beforehand cause it's not so easy to find at night the first time - the best way is to give the Chinese address to a taxi or Didi. If it's your first time in China, remember most Western services, search engine and social networks won't be accessible through WIFI unless you use a VPN.
