Можливість раннього заїзду

Cons:

Дали номер на 2-му поверсі, в якому вікно виходить впритул до глухої стіни, при чому готель не виглядав повністю заселеним гостями. В номері було досить темно через це.

Написано берегова лінія, але до пляжа 35-40хв. ходьби.

Попросили прийти пізніше прибрати, бо були ще в номері, коли нам запропонували прибрати. Але цього не зробили

Pros:

Las vistas de la terraza para tomar el desayuno increíbles. Max siempre dispuesto a ayudarte en todo momento. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y el desayuno muy bueno.

No Reason to Not Stay Here When in Cat Ba
Pros:

Very friendly staff, super comfortable and spacious rooms, good hot water availability, lovely balcony, incredibly reasonable price. Oh, and the beds are fairly soft too!

Cons:

Nothing really…everything was great. The only extra thing I would have liked was a small table and chairs so we could sit on the balcony.

La réservation de bus de cat bat vers sapa n’était pas à la hauteur, le premier bus était ok par contre le 2 eme bus était catastrophique, pas de ticket , il y a dernière un hic

Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft
Pros:

Fast alles bestens.
Die Lage ist gut - Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und essen gehen in der Nähe.
Scooterverleih auch möglich.
Bett war bequem.
Größtenteils war es ruhig.

Cons:

Die Dusche sollte abgedichtet werden.
Die Wasserschutzleiste ragt nicht bis zur Wand und man flutet das ganze Badezimmer wenn man vergisst ein Handtuch hinzulegen.
Sitzgelegenheit und kleiner Tisch am Balkon wäre cool.

Nos dieron una habitación excelente con 2 camas grandes y cómodas y con balcón . Max la persona que no atendió es un gran profesional muy amable y respondiendo a todas nuestras preguntas. El desayuno y la gente que nos atendieron, sensacionales.

Friendly and helpful staff. You can book some tours within the hotel. They let you borrow their bicycle. The breakfast was okay, and the room is also relatively cheap.

Cons:

My room was without a window, smelled of cleaning products, and had a noisy fridge.

El trato de la señorita Ali magnífico, se preocupo de todo, excursiones, el traslado a Hanoi y por muy buen precio.
Apartamento de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños super grande, 5 tipos de desayuno a escoger 1 que es aceptable.

Cons:

A 10 minutos caminando del centro y no hay bar en el hotel.
