The noise from other people speaking loud
The location was great, the staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
The beds were large but the room was a little small for the size of the beds.
It felt like home , very comfortable. It’s in a prefect location short distance to everything in town of Antigua .. always nice and clean ..I very much so enjoy the rooftop with a
Gorgeous view of the city and Volcanos . I 100% felt safe there .. I would recommend my friends and family to stay there
Maybe just to upgrade the pillows ..
The location, staff even though they could not speak any English were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We can’t speak Spanish but used Google translator and that was fine. We had to leave at 7am and the lady offered to make us breakfast at 6.30am. They also organised a taxi to pick us up from Guatemala City airport. Lovely little traditional and quiet place.
The bathroom was a bit outdated and water pressure wasn’t great. Also no shower gel or shampoo, which would have been really handy.

Great location to get to main points in Antigua.
This hotel is close to the center and has a terrace on the top with volcanoes view. We had a free breakfast on the terrace, which was a pretty full. The owner allowed to keep our baggage after checkout and use a change room. This is a small, but cozy hotel.
You may fill not enough space inside the room at the first impression.
Breakfast was fabulous. Multiple courses. Freshly made. Served in a rooftop. Views of the volcanoes.

This was our second stay here in three weeks, and we continued to be impressed by the great location, the wonderful staff, the quiet nights, and the lovely rooftop terrace breakfasts.

Great staff, the location is pretty close to the main attractions in Antigua. There’s a great view to the volcanos and the city is very secure
