A waste of money and was very stressful.
Pros:

The location was good, just a 10-13 minute walk away from the beach/beach clubs.

Cons:

It was horrible. I booked the Family Suite for 3 nights, which was not what it looked like in photos. It was much dirtier and older. Due to how old the building was probably, it smelled. The furniture was also old and dirty. To boot, the bathroom sink broke (when you would turn on the tap, the water leaked to the floor), and the toilet seat broke. When I asked for a new room, the manager first told me I could see the new room and choose the room I wanted, but after waiting in the room for a while and the plumber never came, I came downstairs to reception to inquire again. The manager then did an about face and told me that it was high season so there are no other rooms available.

I would have understood that if he had just told me that in the first place and been at all helpful when things in the room broke. I asked for a refund, was told it wasn’t possible, and then left anyway and booked a room the Serenity Hotel Boutique across the road, which had much more helpful staff, was clean and the room was as advertised! I

I truly wouldn’t recommend booking at the Mayan Art Hotel Boutique.

La ubicación estuvo genial, cerca de tiendas y playas.

Cons:

Les falta darle mantenimiento a las instalaciones y cosas sencillas como contactos, las puertas de la alacena, el juego de baño para colocar el papel y colgar las toallas.

Fue algo incomodo comparado con otros hoteles
Pros:

La verdad no me gusto, es un hotel poco confort y con histalaciones ya algo deterioradas

Cons:

NO me gustaron los pisos, los baños, las cortinas, los muebles, la ubicacion, el porton para salir, de hecho yo no recomendaria se quedaran ahi, pues por el mismo precio me he quedado ne hoteles de mejor calidad

La chambre n était pas isolée par 1 cloison du coup quand l un ne dort pas l'autre ne peut pas s isoler et la cuisine plus que rudimentaire pas de plaque chauffante pas de casserole ni saladier

Amazing staff and great vibe
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Mayan Art the saff is super friendly, I loved the big sized room with balcony and garden view. Beds are confortable, water pressure is very good. The location is very good, close to 5th avenue, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, atm supermarket. My stay was amazing the place has a very nice vibe.

Pros:

La situation géographique est géniale, par rapport à l'épicerie, les restos et la Quinra.
L'endroit est calme, pas de gros trafique sur ce tronçon de la 10e Avenue.
Le ménage était fait à notre convenance.

Cons:

Pour une suite supérieur avec cuisinette, l'équipement de cuisine était très insuffisant.

So bad I had to rent a second place
Pros:

Cute garden and nice personal.

Cons:

So much noise it is impossible to live and sleep, because of construction (jan 26 to who knows when). Drunk people shouting every night even if there is no bar on that street. The garden is cute, the room is a good size, but its worth nothing if there are constantly hammers, drills, trucks and beeps. Kitchen is deficient with everything missing. Fridge froze and I lost my grocery. Wifi barely reaches despite of extension. Personal is very nice though, they did their best, but the hotel is definitely a ride in hell... that's unfortunate cause that could be good but this place have to expect to loose business with such a bad surrounding... maybe noise is "not in their control", but it ruined the experience. It has to me mentioned.

Excelente! Muy linda posada.
Pros:

Excelente relación precio calidad. Buena ubicación , a una cuadra de la famosa calle 38 y a unos 30 min caminando a parque funadores. Buena heladera (no mini), cama extragrande y un hermoso balcón con vista a la pileta. Areás comunes muy lindas con mucha vegetación. Infusiones de cortesía a la mañana y tarde. Además cuenta con estacionamiento amplio para dejar el auto

Cons:

En el baño faltaría algunas cosas para colgar toallas o dejar el jabón o champu pero nada serio solo detalles.
