Piękny wystrój pokoju i piękny ogród. Pokoje są super czyste a łóżko bardzo wygodne.
Hotel jest ulokowany w samym centrum 5 ulicy i blisko przystanku ADO. Generalnie wszędzie jest blisko. Okolica jest bardzo bezpieczna.
Personel jest świetny - łatwa komunikacja i można liczyć na super rekomendacje odnośnie okolicznych atrakcji i lokalnych restauracji. Wszystkie rekomendacje były trafione.
Internet bardzo dobry - bez problemu mogłam pracować.
Zatrzymałabym się raz jeszcze. Serdecznie polecam to miejsce.

Le personnel de l’hôtel était vraiment très gentil, patient, à l’écoute et cherchait vraiment à nous aider dans nos vacances. Il y a aussi un agent de sécurité la nuit qui surveille les entrées et les sorties.
Chambre très grande et literie très confortable.
Hôtel en plein dans la 5th avenue. Rue très passante et touristique et très bruyante.
Nous entendons tout les bruits de la rue: passants, musique, animation (même avec une chambre côté jardin) jusqu’à 5h du matin.
Nous avons aussi entendu les ébats des voisins de la chambre d’à côté en détails.
Très mauvaise insonorisation.

The staff is super kind and always available to help; upon arrival the lady told me a lot of advices in terms of what to do and what to avoid.
Coffee and Tea are offered in the morning in the garden as a courtesy.
The whole design and furbishment is very cool and modern.
I had an upgrade with Booking on a Deluxe room, which was the most pricy on the website. but actually the room I got was not the best in the building, some had bigger rooms and bigger balcony, so I didn’t understand what happened.

The location is absolutely amazing. Our room overlooked fifth Avenue which we enjoyed very much. The room was clean, cool and comfortable.
My room was cancelled by booking.com at last minute as it was on my old credit card so that led to confusion and manager was trying to charge me far more than my original booking, Then he wanted me to go and get cash from a machine so I was frazzled on arrival. However, the room was great, the location was great but I hated Playa Del Carmen. Just a manic place, a crowded tiny strip of a beach, after Isla Majures, Valladolid and Holbox it was like going from paradise to Hell!

What I liked about this incredibly beautiful, authentic and exceptionally staffed hotel was not only its prime location but its attention to detail from the art décor to the furniture to the color schemes. I've never seen a more lovely hotel during my stays in Mexico. A truly spectacular boutique accommodations.
