Room was spacious . Comfy bed , warm shower, good WiFi. The family who work there are really friendly and helpful with everything. Highly recommended

Room was decent size. Our shower had some issues with hot water and within a minute or so of notifying the property, we had someone come and fix it.
- Had to wait over an hour to check in as no one was at reception or answering the 4 methods of contact that were given. We were told it was an emergency however no note was left or message given considering they knew they had guests checking in that day. I found our room number on a board in reception and luckily it was unlocked but with no key so we could get in but not lock it unless we used a padlock (which luckily we had). We also know there was a third party who we contacted who was not involved in the emergency however they also did not respond to us whilst we were waiting to check in to the property.
- Bed is small for 2 people and not very comfortable
- The door/windows block out no sound so the road is extremely loud all day & night and its difficult to get a full nights sleep.
Staff were helpfu and friendly l....a communal fridge cutlery hot /cold water dispenser....
The employees were very kind, helped with scooters rental and tips of tours… cleaned the room when asked. Hot water for coffee available. Location was good, next to restaurants , bakery, pharmacy, ATM.
Our room was in the front, next to the street, and it was noisy sometimes. But nothing that was really a problem.
The place is new and clean on arrival
Here is what is not good:
- the caretaker who is not welcoming at all
- the aircon right over the bed that blow on you while you sleep
- power cut for almost 24h and no solar fan or anything provided as well as no information from him to inform there would be a power cut as it was scheduled.
- caretaker watching loud youTube videos early mornings and the rooms are near his reception office.
- sounds from the busy street
- No shampoo or soap in shower room
- stayed there 3 nights and no cleaning or changing of towel sheets was done or asked if I wanted it to be done.
The room was well equipped with a TV and good a/c. The location is pretty good but you probably need a motorbike to see all the sights. It is a good budget option if you are looking for accommodation in General Luna.
Though the staff were so friendly when they were around, there often was not anyone on reception and would take about 24 hours to respond on WhatsApp which was a little difficult at times, especially when we wanted to hire a motorbike and book transport. The room was very noisy, we have been travelling Asia for a few months and are used to noise but this was another level that even earplugs could not solve. I know this is not the property’s fault but it was difficult to sleep in the mornings.
Perfect location. Just along the General Luna. Accessible to everything. The room is clean and big enough for 2 of us. The aircon is working well, unlike the first one that we stayed at. Drinking water, fridge and microwave are available. The caretakers were very accommodating to our requests.
Additional cabinet for clothes.
Ideally located in the heart of General Luna. It's perfectly clean. Very friendly host and his adorable kitten. Free drinking water and refrigerator for all guests.
Lacking basic things: a closet or shelves for storing clothes and a full-length mirror. But for some reason there is a TV (who needs it in General Luna?).
Perfecg ocation, accomodating staff and feeling so at home
Great place near the city center of General Luna. Clean and friendly staff. Go and have your breakfasts over at Ronaldo’s. There is also a pizza place just around the corner and down at the opposite side of the police outpost nearby.
I had a good time, I have no complaints.

This is a very nice and affordable place close to the center of the town of General Luna, on Main Street. The room was clean, and the water pressure in the shower was good. There is a refrigerator near the lobby you can use to keep your beverage cool. The room itself really has everything you need, since you will probably not spend a lot of time there, but rather explore the island or go to the beach. The owner and his wife are friendly and hospitable, and the employees are also friendly, just as they typically are in the Philippines. If anything, try to get a room at the back of the hotel, so that you will get less noise from the street outside.
The only thing I missed was actually a hanger for clothes, shirts tend to be wet from sweat when coming back from the outside, I wish there was a place to hang them.
