Het personeel was heel erg behulpzaam! We mochten zelfs de scooter al gebruiken de avond van aankomst om te gaan eten in de stad. Daarna met alles ons echt heel goed geholpen.

Hotel familial super sympa, calme (important pour moi), où vos hôtes se plient en 4 pour vous rendre votre séjour des plus agréables. La jeune fille qui m’a reçue parle bien anglais. Si des difficultés de compréhension se présentent, on switch sur des applications de traduction. L’hotel vous propose la location de scooters et motos ou des loops en easy rider. On vous dira où aller faire les plus belles visites de la régions. Mais aussi où aller se restaurer en ville pour découvrir les spécialités locales, toutes plus authentiques les une que les autres. Je me suis régalé en solo. Je recommande à 400%. Merci à toute la famille pour sa gentillesse et son efficacité.

I wish I could give this more stars! She is sooo helpful with everything you need and we felt like she genuinely made an effort to ring around to get the best deals that suited our needs. It really saved a great deal of time and money on things we could not have done ourselves online. The accommodation is really comfortable, in a good location and they make a great breakfast. I hope we get to come back one day :)

Everything about this homestay was great - the comfortable bed, the clean room and the shower with great water pressure. But what made Sen's special for me was the family. They were super helpful and made my trip to Cao Bang special and unique. I rented a motorcycle from Sen's for 2 of my 3 days there. They worked flawlessly. Linh sent me great restaurant recommendations via WhatsApp. I also had fun hanging out with Linh's father and mother. All very kind and thoughtful people.

Will I come back? I certainly hope so!

La propreté,la famille qui gère l'établissement est aux petits soins avec nous,nous avons eu des scooters tard ,la famille nous a donc prêté les leurs en attendant.Nois avons pû laisser nos sacs quatre jours ,le temps que nous fassions notre loop.

The entire family who run the homestay are some of the friendliest people I have met on my trip. They have repeatedly gone the extra mile to help out when they didn't need to. Excellent homestay, just what you're after if you want a stress-free comfortable stay.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables.
Chaque chambre est équipé d’un projecteur pour regarder YouTube ou Netflix ^^

Nous avons loué un scooter pour faire une boucle à moto de 5 jours et tout s’est très bien passé. Ils ont pu nous conseiller sur l’itinéraire et les différentes étapes. Le véhicule était en bon état et équipé. Linh et sa famille ont gardé nos sacs pendant tout ce temps.

L’établissement est un peu excentré mais il est possible d’y marcher par des rues calmes qui longent l’eau (prendre le chemin de terre directement à droite du logement).

On recommande vivement ce logement.
Les propriétaires sont accueillants, serviables et disponibles. Un tout grand merci à eux !

10 stars for this super clean small hotel run by a lovely family!
I had a big and quiet room with views to the river with a very comfortable bed, netflix projector and a big and very clean bathroom.
The room itself and all the furniture are totally brand new.
You can have homemade breakfast of your choice and good vietnamese coffee in their small rooftop upstairs.
It is only 10 minutes walk from the center of Cao Bang, by the riverside.
They helped me with everything I needed, like booking tickets, laundry, renting motorbikes, places to eat etc.
Highly recommended!!!

Very nice and pleasant hosts, clean room, Wifi was OK, shower worked well. There were different options for breakfast (vietnamese, western). We found the location to be great, as it was quiet (we had a room facing the river) but still close enough to the city center to just walk around and explore. Shops and restaurants are all withing walking distance. They offer motorbike/scooter rentals and multi day tours around the area. We rented a scooter which was in very good condition and ran smoothly. We felt at home right away and extended our stay by another day. We would stay there again.

The hosts were super friendly and helpful, made the stay in cao bang so much easier and welcoming!! There is breakfast every morning and it feels super homey, the motorcycle rental is super good from the homestay.

Homestay très agréable avec de grandes chambres, propres et fonctionnelles.
Linh et ses parents sont adorables.
Nous avons pu faire le check-in très tôt en arrivant d'Hanoï, louer un scooter sur place pour faire un trip de deux jours en laissant nos gros bagages, laisser du linge à laver.
Rapport qualité prix imbattable.
Je le recommande vivement.

קודם כל אני רוצה לציין לטובה את הזמינות בווצאפ של הצוות. מהרגע שהזמנו את המקום קיבלנו הודעות על כל המידע שצריך וכל שאלה ששאלתי קיבלתי מענה תוך כמה דקות. הם עזרו לנו להזמין אוטובוסים, עשו בשבילינו כביסה במחיר זול ותוך כמה שעות היא הייתה מוכנה, עזרו לנו להזמין משלוח של אוכל וגם סידרו לנו מקום לנוח בבוקר כשהגענו לפני שעת הצ׳ק אין- כל זה מאוד מוערך בעיני!
החדרים נקיים, גדולים ומרווחים. המיטה נוחה מאוד. הזרם במקלחת מצויין ויש מים חמים בלי הגבלה. ארוחת הבוקר שהוגשה הייתה מאוד טעימה ובמחיר נגיש. ממליצה מאוד!

Would 100% recommend if you’re staying in Cao Bang, great family owned Homestay. You can rent motorcycles with them or a tour for the loop, you get delicious breakfast, the rooms are nice and spacious, they can arrange transport back to Hanoi, store your luggage…everything you need. Linh also speaks good English so it’s eazy to arrange everything!
