Cons:

Es gab keinen großen Schrank, in dem man die Kleidung aufhängen oder ordentlich verstauen konnte, sodass wir unsere Sachen immer direkt aus dem Koffer nehmen mussten. Ich denke aber, dass das Hotel eher darauf ausgelegt ist, dass man dort nur ein bis zwei Nächte bleibt.

Уютные комнаты, вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Персонал очень приятный, удобная парковка и хороший вид на город.

Отель — 10 из 10! Останавливались в двух номерах: один был с большой двуспальной кроватью, второй — с двумя раздельными. В номерах чисто, уютно и комфортно, есть всё необходимое для хорошего отдыха.
В стоимость также входили завтраки — вкусные и разнообразные. Отель расположен на оживлённой улице Туран, поэтому рядом есть магазины, кафе и всё необходимое, а добираться до нужных мест очень удобно.
Отдельная благодарность администратору Санжару за гостеприимство, внимательное отношение и готовность помочь по любому вопросу. Благодаря такому сервису остались исключительно приятные впечатления. Обязательно остановимся здесь снова и смело рекомендуем этот отель!
