Very good. I liked it.
Pros:

I initially booked this hotel because I urgently needed to stay somewhere as my booking at apartments were just cancelled due to various reasons. So this hotel came in handy. I booked and within 30 minutes I already checked in. And the staff were really courteous to me as they provided me a spare mini bar where I could put my medicines. So I was really relieved.

Cons:

I liked everything from the breakfast menu, its location, staff and the interior design.
And it would be really good to equip the rooms with little fridges/mini bars that are really needed. Especially during such kind of heat.

Pros:

I picked this hotel to go to a football match at the Astana Arena. It is super close to the arena and very quick to the airport. I've been on holiday for two weeks and this hotel has been the best. It is modern, has all facilities I needed and was just super prepared.

Быстро заселили.

Cons:

Очень толстое и тяжелое одеяло. Я не придираюсь обычно к таким мелочам , но одеяла реально очень толстые , учитывая , что в номере и так очень жарко, было сложно спать. В целом всё в номере есть. Необходимле , без излишеств,. Завтраки хорошие
