Buena relación precio-calidad. Limpio y cómodo.
Pros:

La ubicación es bastante céntrica con opciones de cafés, restaurantes y supermercados cerca. El muelle está también a una corta distancia de caminata.
Tanto las habitaciones como el lugar y la ropa de cama siempre están limpios y con buen aroma. Las camas súper cómodas. La cocina es luminosa y sencilla pero bien equipada con heladera, microondas, un anafe eléctrico y utensilios. Me gustó pasar un rato ahí, hicimos todos nuestros desayunos en el lugar. También había te y café instantáneo de cortesía.
Hay un lavaropas y secadora que nos permitieron usar sin cargo.
Si bien no hay gente del lugar todo el tiempo, la atención y respuesta por WhatsApp es rápida y constante, nos ayudaron a organizar el traslado al aeropuerto de Tawau y cuando tuvimos un tema de agua en la habitación nos dieron atención enseguida.

Cons:

En nuestra habitación entraba agua cuando llovía. Nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación, pero en las otras también había algunos temas de pérdida de agua que reportamos y preferimos quedarnos en la que ya estábamos.

Good hostel with great facilities
Pros:

Great hostel where they have thought of everything. Good kitchen facilities and washing machine. Dorm room comfortable with nice bathroom. Staff really friendly.

Cons:

Location feels a bit rough though didn’t have any issues. Not very comfortable to chill out in unless you sit on sofa next to reception desk.

Cons:

Breakfast = go to the cafe across the street; they are actually good and affordable, but definitely not something to be included in room description, as it's at the very least misleading. Room was okay-ish to just sleep in, but it definitely needs some freshen up, looks like it's been a long time since any renovation. Grout in the bathroom just falling out, faucet and shower leaking. Bed mattress definitely needs to be replaced, the worst I slept on in a loooong time.

很好的老板，又是潜水教练，我们的行程都变得简单容易了。离码头也近，很方便的。主要是潜水行程的预定，变得方便。他的教学质量也是棒棒哒。

Buona sistemazione a Semporna, sei in una città un po’ particolare, e se vieni in queste zone solo per il mare, ti consiglio di andare direttamente sulle isole adiacenti, però se come me , ti piacere assaporare il vero senso del viaggio, questa struttura fa per te, é ben gestita, sono tutti disponibili e ti forniscono tutte le informazioni e i servizi che ti servono , andata e ritorno dall’aeroporto, escursioni in barca, si trova in una zona degradata come lo é tutta Semporna, però se non cerchi solo il mare da cartolina,
sei nel posto giusto, dev9 fare una valutazione qualità / prezzo….direi 9😊

Nice, clean, free tea and coffee. Washer (5RM) and dryer (10RM). Location is decent with some cafes and restaurants around. Staff were nice

Cons:

Unfortunately there as lots of heavy rain and our room ended up flooding, this was the dormitory room. The owner was very helpful and gave us a new room immediately and let us use the washer and dryer for free, but was definitely not ideal. The town itself isn’t very nice at all. If you are staying in Semporna make sure you have day drips booked cause there is nothing to do in the town and it is not a very nice place to be.

Solid stay in good location
Pros:

Stayed in a two bed dorm with a spacious locker and a solid bathroom. Both duvet and pillow were very comfortable and the air conditioning working very well. The location is good, the WiFi stable and the host responsive and helpful.

Cons:

The bunk beds were squeaking heavily when moving in bed and there were no curtains for privacy. A bit hard to find due to missing signs.
