Please note that Zermatt is car-free. Guests can only drive as far as Täsch and then reach Zermatt by train. The station of the Gornergrat Mountain Railway is right next to the train station.

Please note that the hotel can only be reached by railway. The last train leaves Zermatt at 18:00 (there is a later train in high season - please consult timetables).

The “Swiss Postcard“ is accepted as payment.

Vue spectaculaire, mais amabilité du personnel à revoir
Pros:

La vue spectaculaire sur le Cervin et l’emplacement permettant de partir skis aux pieds directement depuis l’hôtel justifient le prix de ce logement. La literie était confortable.

Cons:

Bien que le personnel à la réception soit très sympathique, le service au restaurant manquait d’organisation. Le temps d’attente entre l’entrée et le plat principal a été assez long (plus d’une demi-heure) et l’attitude de l’un des serveurs a été décevante.

Grandios in allen Dimensionen!

Lage ist Top. Führung Sternwarte war tolle Überraschung. Personal super nett.
Die Zimmer perfekt eingerichtet.
Danke für den Luftbefeuchter.

Cons:

Zimmerservice: auf Ablaufdatum der Kaffeerähmli achten.... sie waren hinüber.... (kleines Detail)

Der Lack der Möbel hat schon etwas gelitten. Mit Öl wäre es einfacher, immer wieder nachzuölen und auch ökologischer- vielleicht beim nächstem Mal abschleifen diese Variante wählen. Sieht dann immer schön aus :)

Excellent séjour à Gornergrat
Pros:

Nous avons été surclassés gratuitement dans une chambre avec vue sur le Matterhorn! L’établissement est splendide, les repas sont très gourmands, le service est attentionné et on s’y sent privilégiés d’être accueillis dans ce lieu.

マッターホルンの朝焼けを見るならココですね。
Pros:

2年前に宿泊してからの再訪です。今回は、モンテローザとマッターホルンの両方が見える部屋にしました。この部屋はバスルームからの景色も最高でした。少し早く着きましたがチェックインをしてくれて、早速、逆さマッターホルンを見に行きました。夕食のレストランは2年前と雰囲気が違っていましたが、マッターホルンが見える席で素晴らしかったです。翌朝は早起きしてマッターホルンの朝焼けを見に展望台へ。2年前は2泊したにもかかわらず山頂に雲がかかってみることができませんでしたが、今回は素晴らしい朝焼けをみることができました。朝食までに時間があったのでもう一度展望台に上って裏の方を散策していたら、とつぜんマーモットが飛び出してきて、ものすごい勢いで崖を駆け下りていきました。私もびっくりしましたが、相手も相当びっくりしていたようで、ほぼ垂直の崖を一気に駆け下りていきました。貴重な体験をしました。素晴らしいロケーションのホテルです。

Хорошая локация для катания , потрясающие виды со всех сторон!

Cons:

Нужно быть готовым к проживанию на высоте 3100, это особые ощущения! Не всем заходит одинаково, побаливает голова, сухой воздух, увлажнители есть в номерах! В нашей семье супруга часто жаловалась, но виды вокруг и фотографии это компенсировали)

Flöhe für 500 Euro gratis

Um das Matterhorn zu sehen ist der Standort unverzichtbar Bei den Witterungsbedingungen ist es ein Bollwerk.

Cons:

Entweder waren in meinem Bett Flöhe und Wanzen. Mein linker Unterarm war am Morgen mit typischen roten Einstichstellen übersäht. Für 500 Euro bin ich über manches überrascht. Billige Arbeitskräfte, die nur ihre Muttersprache sprechen, das optimiert den Gewinn aber erzeugt ärgerliche Missverständnisse. Der Yoghurt hat Gase entwickelt. Wölbung des Deckels. Es gab so gut wie keine zubereiteten Speisen. Die Zubereitung musste man selbst vornehmen. Das ist für 500 Euro frech auch wenn das Fleisch gut war.
