Please note that Zermatt is car-free. Guests can only drive as far as Täsch and then reach Zermatt by train. The station of the Gornergrat Mountain Railway is right next to the train station.

Please note that the hotel can only be reached by railway. The last train leaves Zermatt at 18:00 (there is a later train in high season - please consult timetables).

The “Swiss Postcard“ is accepted as payment.

Please note that the on-site restaurant is the only restaurant in the area.

Najwspanialszy pobyt w górach jaki przeżyliśmy w całym życiu.
Pros:

Widoki zapierające dech w piersiach,bezpośredni dostęp/ 100 metrów do stoku po wyjęciu nart ze ski room ,fantastyczny personel, przez 8 dni naszego pobytu nie powtórzyło się ani razu menu na obiedzie/ kolacji ,
Szczególne podziękowania dla polskiego personelu: Gabrieli ,Piotra,Bartka.
Również kelnerzy z Czech i Rumuni byli bez zarzutu.
Dosłownie wszyscy dbali o nas abyśmy czuli się jak w domu.
Jeśli pan Bóg pozwoli przyjedziemy do Was jeszcze nie raz.
Dziękujemy.

Übernachten am Berg in einmaliger Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist einmalig, vor allem abends wenn die Sonne langsam untergeht oder morgens. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, alles sehr sauber. Und aus dem Zimmer hatte man ein super Panorama-Blick auf die Berge! Das Essen ist sehr gut, wenn es auch nur wenig Auswahl-Möglichkeiten gibt. Es gibt einen Ski-Raum, und manchmal macht das Observatorium auf.

Cons:

Der Preis - ist sehr hoch, aber dafür hat man auch eine wohl einmalige Lage in den Schweizer Alpen.

The most incredible location and views in Zermatt. What a privilege to stay overnight and enjoy the Matterhorn and the Mischabel mountains in all their changing glory

Cons:

We stayed for 3 nights and the challenges of sleeping at this altitude should not be ignored.

絶景満喫
Pros:

夕食のボリュームは充分で、味はスイスの味付けでとても美味しい。日替わりメニューが、毎日順番に出てくるパターンで、選択は出来ませんが前の日と被る事はありません。
天候に恵まれると目の前にマッターホルンが現れて圧巻で、山が好きな方は、マッターホルンビューを選択される方が良いと思います。
部屋は清潔だし湯沸かしポットやお茶とコーヒーがたっぷり有るので、山を観ながらのんびり過ごすことが出来ます。
Wi-Fiの速度も、下り70MB以上、上り30MBあったので快適でした。
値段は高いけど三ツ星なので、十分なサービスだと思います。極上のサービスを望まれる方は、少し下の五ツ星ホテルを選択される方が不満が無くて良いかも知れないです。
ロケーションは、天気に恵まれたら、世界でも屈指のホテルです。
3100m位の標高なので、普通の方なら息苦しいので、急な動きは控えた方が無難かも知れないです。

Cons:

連泊される方は、Zermattのcoopで好きな物を購入して持参された方が無難かも知れないです。
三ツ星ホテルなので、不満は無しです。
