Please note that Zermatt is car-free. Guests can only drive as far as Täsch and then reach Zermatt by train. The station of the Gornergrat Mountain Railway is right next to the train station.

Please note that the hotel can only be reached by railway. The last train leaves Zermatt at 18:00 (there is a later train in high season - please consult timetables).

The “Swiss Postcard“ is accepted as payment.

絶景満喫
Pros:

夕食のボリュームは充分で、味はスイスの味付けでとても美味しい。日替わりメニューが、毎日順番に出てくるパターンで、選択は出来ませんが前の日と被る事はありません。
天候に恵まれると目の前にマッターホルンが現れて圧巻で、山が好きな方は、マッターホルンビューを選択される方が良いと思います。
部屋は清潔だし湯沸かしポットやお茶とコーヒーがたっぷり有るので、山を観ながらのんびり過ごすことが出来ます。
Wi-Fiの速度も、下り70MB以上、上り30MBあったので快適でした。
値段は高いけど三ツ星なので、十分なサービスだと思います。極上のサービスを望まれる方は、少し下の五ツ星ホテルを選択される方が不満が無くて良いかも知れないです。
ロケーションは、天気に恵まれたら、世界でも屈指のホテルです。
3100m位の標高なので、普通の方なら息苦しいので、急な動きは控えた方が無難かも知れないです。

Cons:

連泊される方は、Zermattのcoopで好きな物を購入して持参された方が無難かも知れないです。
三ツ星ホテルなので、不満は無しです。

This is the one!
Pros:

Obvs it's the mindblowing views
Sunsets and sunrises you will never forget
Try and stay on a Thursday and you get an extra special bonus to spend time in the Gornergrat observatory. We were lucky enough to see jupiter and it's moon, a nebula with new stars forming and lunar Mare.
We also had a visit from some Alpine Ibex.
The food was delicious, the rooms very comfortable and staff lovely.
It's a very special place. If you get a chance to stay you won't regret it.
We stayed 3 nights I could have stayed longer.

Vue spectaculaire, mais amabilité du personnel à revoir
Pros:

La vue spectaculaire sur le Cervin et l’emplacement permettant de partir skis aux pieds directement depuis l’hôtel justifient le prix de ce logement. La literie était confortable.

Cons:

Bien que le personnel à la réception soit très sympathique, le service au restaurant manquait d’organisation. Le temps d’attente entre l’entrée et le plat principal a été assez long (plus d’une demi-heure) et l’attitude de l’un des serveurs a été décevante.

Excellent séjour à Gornergrat
Pros:

Nous avons été surclassés gratuitement dans une chambre avec vue sur le Matterhorn! L’établissement est splendide, les repas sont très gourmands, le service est attentionné et on s’y sent privilégiés d’être accueillis dans ce lieu.
