Pros:

Vị trí ở đường chính, thuận tiện đi lại

Cons:

- Điều kiện CSVC chỉ ngang, thậm chí thua một số nhà nghỉ (không ăn sáng, không trà, cafe, thậm chí không có li thủy tinh uống nước).
- Mô hình có lẽ là hộ kinh doanh gia đình
- Phòng ốc không được chăm sóc tốt, phòng cũ, đồ đạc cũ
- Chưa đổ rác, thậm chí chưa thay drap giường & mền, gối khi giao phòng cho khách, khách được giải thích người được thuê dọn theo giờ họ quên 😂
- Khi trả phòng, khách có góp ý nhẹ nhưng nhân viên chưa có thái độ của người làm dịch vụ. Thiếu tính cầu thị, cho rằng KS của mình chỉ hơn nhà nghỉ một chút thôi 😜
- Giá cao so với dịch vụ ( 792K/phòng giường đôi/ngày đêm, đặt qua Booking).
- Khách nhận phòng 17:00 và trả phòng 9:00
Mong rằng KS chú ý cải thiện để khách có trải nghiệm dịch vụ tốt hơn
