A bad experience
Pros:

The location

Cons:

My business partner organised a sales meeting there and I didn’t know they have paid for my accommodation. I also made a booking myself. When I asked the hotel whether we can cancel one of the booking and get the refund, they said no because we already paid. So we ended up paying double for my stay there.

Excellent, Superb.
Pros:

Everything about Park Plaza was very good - location, staff,comfort, breakfast..... everything was good.

Best and kind people
Pros:

The hotel is very spacious, elegant, and offers everything your heart could desire. But the staff in the lobby, at the front desk, and in the breakfast area were the real highlight—with their warm, friendly manner, they went out of their way to cater to my needs and always took the time to help me.
