Отдых в апреле порадовал
Pros:

Отель не большой, питание очень хорошее, тематические ужины. Разнообразная выпечка. Персонал говорит по русски, внимательный, приветливый. Местоположение хорошее рядом город и Старый Сиде. Трансфер до пляжа.

Cons:

Для отеля 5 звёзд в общественных туалетах должны быть одноразовые покрытия для сиденья унитаза.. Выдача полотенец по определённому времени, это не удобно. В отеле на обед практически нет супа, мы без супа не можем)), кому то не нужен, а вот нам не хватало его, нет ничего проще отварить бульон и покидать овощей)). Шум машин, дорога возле отеля.

Прекрасный современный стильный отель с огромным изобилием еды и отличным сервисом. Ухоженная территория, все новое, свои 5 звезд отрабатывает на ура

Уютный, вкусный, замечательный отель с компактной территорией. Рекомендую и сама поеду ещё)
Pros:

Прекрасная вкусная разнообразная кухня, каждый ужин блюдо от шефа, потрясающие десерты, много вкусных и главное спелых фруктов, зелени, овощей и вкусные холодные закуски.
Почти весь персонал услужливый и внимательный(80%). Хороший спа центр. Стильный, красивый, ухоженный интерьер отеля и номеров. Чистота везде. В зоне бассейна официанты на роликах. Прекрасная кондитерская с вкуснейшими десертами. Близость к старому городу, так близко, что ходили несколько раз гулять туда)
Прекрасный песочный пляж с пологим заходом, на пляже есть закусочная по меню и бар.

Cons:

Нет подогреваемого бассейна (критично в несезон), иногда отсутствовали определенные ингредиенты для детских и взрослых коктейлей в нескольких барах. Короткое время работы снек бара.

Pros:

I cannot fault this hotel first class service from start to finish. Staff were amazing Animation team exceptional all round faultless

The breakfasts were very delicious. Location wasn't very good but maybe the hotels should have connections from airport as a additional option.

Cons:

There was dust on furnitures in the bathroom. Air condition didn't work. It was very hotîn The room.

Amazing Hotel , just a shame the booked rooms were not available for us.
Pros:

The Hotel was amazing, but despite booking 2 separate rooms, these were not available, and we were assigned a family room. I was travelling with a friend so not have the 2 separate rooms one of us didn't have a balcony and refreshments facilities , we have to share a bathroom.

Cons:

Not being able to have the room type we booked and hence not having access to own facilities on one of the family rooms, I was male and I was travelling with a female friend. ( 2 separate room were more at teh time of booking than the family room , and no refund was offered)
