I cannot fault this hotel first class service from start to finish. Staff were amazing Animation team exceptional all round faultless
My only criticism is 90% of guest were Russian
The breakfasts were very delicious. Location wasn't very good but maybe the hotels should have connections from airport as a additional option.
There was dust on furnitures in the bathroom. Air condition didn't work. It was very hotîn The room.

The Hotel was amazing, but despite booking 2 separate rooms, these were not available, and we were assigned a family room. I was travelling with a friend so not have the 2 separate rooms one of us didn't have a balcony and refreshments facilities , we have to share a bathroom.
Not being able to have the room type we booked and hence not having access to own facilities on one of the family rooms, I was male and I was travelling with a female friend. ( 2 separate room were more at teh time of booking than the family room , and no refund was offered)
my kids enjoied every minute there. especially in water slides. there is a break in waterslide activity between 12-14 when lunch is served in the pool bar so the kids find time to eat lunch. the toddlers pool also have its own little water park and my 3.5 years old had so much fun there. As for breakfast and dinner in main dining room- a great variety of food and salads, food is different every evening but i did miss more vegetarian choices of food. the beach is nice and well facilitated, hotel-beach shuttle is excellent.
our room (family room) looked very clean at first sight. but once I had to look for my kids shoes under the beds, I ran into massive amount of dust and even a dead cockroach. no living roaches were spotted in the room or anywhere in hotel though so i wouldn't be worried so much about it. the shower and toilet are separated. the shower is very small and unwelcoming for getting dressed there after taking a shower, you have to get dress outside (not very comfortable when you have big kids). our shower smelled of seuege few times and its water ran into the toilet room so the floor there was wet almost all the time.
we also contacted hotel before arrival to arrage us transfer from the airport but no driver was there when we arrived.
