Hôtel très bien placé au cœur de Marrakech.
Voyageant en famille nous avions deux chambres, l'une avec une belle salle de bains, l'autre en revanche vraiment petite et bruyante (fenêtre donnant sur la place en simple vitrage).
Très bon petit déjeuner (copieux également) servi dans un restaurant à quelques mètres de l'hôtel.
Accueil des enfants parfait avec lit parapluie avec matelas, drap housse adapté et même de jolies petites couvertures en polaire.

Cons:

L'hôtel n'est pas très bien insonorisé, on entend le bruit de la place malgré les doubles fenêtres (même si c'est atténué) et le bruit dans les couloirs.
Nous avons bénéficié d'une réduction lors de notre réservation, aussi à ce prix le rapport qualité/prix est correct, en revanche en plein tarif, je trouve que c'est un peu cher pour les prestations proposées.

Disappointed apart from the fantastic location.
Pros:

Perfect location, good WiFi, heating and breakfast

Cons:

Very overpriced. My room needed a complete makeover, which includes tiles, furniture (there were rips) and painting. Very low shower water pressure. Also, the stairs were covered in water after it rained. I don’t understand how this hotel received an 8.8 rating.

Pros:

La ubicación en plena plaza es ideal si lo que buscas el pasear por el centro, esta perfectamente insonorizada y se duerme genial, cero ruido.
La habitación en principio parece poco atractiva pero la cama es super comoda, las almohadas y la calidad de la ropa de cama excelente, el personal de limpieza y recepción muy amables

Cons:

como areas de mejora quizás el baño no es muy practico, poco espacio para poner las cosas y algo pequeño, pero el agua sale muy bien y calenita

You can't beat the location. It literally right next the the market area.

Cons:

So my only issue with this place was the housekeeping. They literally just used a key and walked into my room. No knocking or anything. That was beyond creepy. One time the moved my suitcases to the shelf's. Nothing was missing and I didn't understand why they moved them. They were on the table. That was my only issue with this place.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located next to the Medina, making it very easy to explore the area. There are plenty of choices nearby for restaurants, entertainment, and more. We had two tours booked, and the pickup point for both was just a 3-minute walk away, which was extremely convenient.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. I mentioned that it was my husband’s birthday, and they prepared a lovely little surprise for him, which we truly appreciated.

Breakfast was excellent and served at a nearby restaurant. Overall, a great experience — highly recommended!

Emplacement idéal au cœur de la médina a 100 mettre de la place Jemaa el fna

Notre chambre en RDC juste auprès de la réception, nous avons dû supporter les conversations incessantes du personnel de nuit et les allées et venues des clients
Le lit d'appoint pour la troisième personne était d'un inconfort, j'aurais couché par terre que ça aurait été aussi confortable
