Pros:

Location is incredibly convenient.

Cons:

Room wasn't clean, hair in the shower.
Was extremely cramped room. Would not recommend it for two people.
We stayed at couple of other riads and this one was by far the worst.

La atención!!! Muy amables y a solo 4 mn caminando llegas a la Plaza El Fnaa además no podía estar mejor ubicado y a pesar de estar tan cerca, no sientes ningún ruido, súper seguro y recomendadisimo

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est génial. Celui ci est très bien isolé par rapport aux bruits de la place. La propreté est irréprochable, ainsi que l'accueil. Nous reviendrons. Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité , le vigile extérieur était un plus .

I could not check in at the check in time and had to wait an hour and a half in the lobby
Pros:

Great location but hard to find - taxi driver could not get me very close so had to walk through a crowded narrow path of the market with my luggage with no clear direction of where I was going. I had a back massage at the spa which was excellent.

Cons:

The room was not ready for check in at 3 pm. Had to wait until 4:38 to get into my room. It was located next to the reception desk and staff spoke very loudly so I could not sleep (it got quieter by 11 pm though).

Simply Excellent and a Must Do
Pros:

Anything and everything about this Riad/hotel and its staff is just exceptional. Every person/staff from front desk to the security personnel is amazing, and super helpful, they did also help us arrange transfers , train reservations questions, safe storage of our luggage when we took a 3 day Sahara tour. Our special note to thanks to Anas who went an extra mile to help and guide us with information and pointers almost every day of our stay at the hotel. And to top it up the location is fantastic, right in the heart of Jemaa El Fna Square. The rooms we stayed at over looking the square, were sound proof quite well and as desired.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana al Riad Jemaa El fna (viaggio di coppia) La struttura è molto pulita e silenziosa nonostante sia situata al centro dove si sviluppa la Medina. Zona comoda per spostarsi a piedi e visitare i quartieri del suq e la Qasba. I ragazzi della reception sono molto disponibili e gentili. Ottima l’esperienza con hammam e massaggio
