Pros:

Location was good. Nearest metro station was 5 minute walk away. Room was very clean and workers were very smiling face and whenever I need something they helped in the moment.

Cons:

Only problem was when I open window I can't see outside and no sunlight comes in even in morning I have to turn on lights but that was not a big deal bcz other things was good.

If i could get my room refunded that would be great. This was the worst stay for us in Korea and will never book this ho
Cons:

I have stayed here before and it was good. This time around the rooms were very cold and every day and at time there was repeated banging and crashing noices above my room. The outside water pipes were frozen and the last two days there was additional excessive noises.
