Cons:

Đặt chỗ ở chi nhánh Hotel 1 nhưng khi check in lễ tân nói k có booking, chuyển qua chi nhánh hotel 2 mà không có bất cứ lời xin lỗi nào. Chỉ nói chị qua bên hotel 2 đi
