Pros:

Central location. We were given a family room... Which was 3 rooms combined into one. So it was quite big for us.

Cons:

Loud music from across the street was really disturbing.. it went on until 3-4am.
. Very few bath supplies and accessories. No washing machine or ironing board available. No bottled water provided. No kitchen facility.
The hotel mgmt says that they have already asked
Booking.com to remove these items from their list.

But eventually, it's the customer that suffers.

El desayuno estuvo rico y la atención fue buena.

Cons:

Lamentablemente la habitación que nos dieron no era la que habíamos reservado, cuando fui a comentarlo a la recepción me dijeron que nos habían dado esa porque no había espacio y no nos solucionaron, aparte el otro día se fue la luz entiendo que es algo que se sale de las manos pero la mitad del hotel si tenía luz y aun si tampoco nos quisieron solucionarnos en cambiarnos de habitación, aparte el aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien, no fue una buena experiencia.

Cheguei na estadia, paguei (conforme foi solicitado) e assim que vi o quarto, fui embora em busca de um hotel.
O quarto era fechado, a única janela disponível dava para o corredor do andar, a cama estava quebrada, o chuveiro pingando e, além disso, não tinha garagem (sendo que no anúncio consta garagem disponível). A rua da estadia não pode entrar com carro, só conseguimos estacionar na 2 quadras de desistência. Entrei em contato através do booking para solicitar meu reembolso, e não me responderam.

Hôtel catastrophique

Une expérience catastrophique, à fuir !

Nous avons été extrêmement déçus par cet hôtel, où les problèmes se sont accumulés tout au long de notre séjour.

🚿 Douche froide à répétition, impossible de profiter d’une douche normalement. L’insonorisation est inexistante : des bruits assourdissants toute la nuit, rendant le sommeil quasiment impossible.

🍳 Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement inadmissible : nous avons retrouvé des cheveux dans les œufs, ce qui pose un véritable problème d’hygiène.

🏊‍♀️ La piscine est en très mauvais état, avec des équipements cassés et même des canettes de bière qui flottent dans l’eau. De plus, certaines personnes restent constamment sur leur téléphone, ce qui rend l’expérience encore moins agréable.

⚠️ Enfin, le balcon est particulièrement dangereux et soulève de sérieuses questions concernant la sécurité des clients.

Entre le manque d’hygiène, le bruit incessant, les équipements dégradés et les problèmes de sécurité, cet hôtel est très loin de ce que l’on peut attendre d’un établissement digne de ce nom.

Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel. Un séjour censé être reposant s’est transformé en une véritable déception. De nombreux points essentiels doivent être revus, notamment l’hygiène, l’entretien et la sécurité des clients.

La ubicacion fue perfecta basicamente a la vuelta de la 5ta Avenida, asi que tienes cerca lugares para comprar comida, etc.

Le personnel n’était pas toujours aimable. La douche était froide tous les matins. Des champignons dans les escaliers. Et un matin on a pas eu de petit déjeuner. Piscine sale
