Pros:

Piscine, resto à déjeuner et palapa sur le toit. Super belle vue.

Gran hotel en definitiva me volveria a quedar ahit esta todo cerca y el desayuno es genial.
Pros:

La atención desde el primer momento y el desayuno esta genial, siempre listo y con un sabor delicioso.

Hotel a dos cuadras de la 5ta avenida y de muchos comercios por lo que no tienes que buscar mucho todo esta cerca.
La playa esta la mas lejana a 10 cuadras y estan excelentes.

Cons:

Las toallas ya se ven de un gran uso y el estacionamiento no esta totalmente limpio tiene caida de agua.

It is on a quiet street and still close to the action. Nice rooftop pool and breakfast area.
Pros:

A nice breakfast, friendly and helpful front desk staff, free parking was a bonus. Nice view from the rooftop, every where was very clean.

El hotel tiene las instalaciones muy limpias y ordenadas. Es muy cómodo

Receptiedame niet geïnteresseerd bij aankomst, traag en onbeleefde houding.
Haardroger gekregen bij receptie.
Ontbijt oké, pancakes met boter, honing en jam of eieren met brood en hashbrown, koffie/thee en Jus d’orange.

Cons:

Interesse receptiedame bij aankomst, totaal geen interactie.
Kamergrootte oké, badkamer/wc klein, water loopt moeilijk weg.
Zwembad aan vernieuwing toe, tegels Kampot, vieze vuilnisbakken, bedden kapot, kussens vies.
Tsja het is Mexico maar dit hotel zeker geen 4 sterren waard.
Geen ijskast, geen shampoo, geen flesjes water.
Laatste dag geen handdoeken gekregen en ook geen extra kussen (van te voren gevraagd)

Pros:

La posición del hotel era muy central y se podía caminar por el centro y también bastante cerca a la playa.
Tiene también bastante restaurantes cerca.

Cons:

No había agua caliente, un día ni tuvimos agua por toda la tarde y noche, la primera habitación que nos dieron no tenía el wifi, la llave por 2 veces no funcionó, no pudimos aparcar el coche en el aparcamiento porque el coche que tuvimos era demasiado bajo, por la mañana habían demasiado ruido de la piscina y el café (como a las 6 de la mañana) y por fin el baño no tenia el lavabo allí sino al exterior y la puerta no se podía cerrar completamente

Pues solamente la cercanía con la 5ta. Avenida y el trato de la recepción...

Cons:

No me gustó que en la piscinas y parte del área de descanso estaba en mal estado, el estacionamiento subterráneo la rampa muy inclinada y el clima de mi habitación no enfriaba bien

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

Que ubieron algunas ocasiones en que se nos fue el agua, pero fuera de ese detalle quede bastante conforme con el hospedaje.

Pros:

Boa localização, ótimo quarto, tudo funcionava bem, televisão, ar condicionado, tinha uma varandinha, ficava bem perto da quinta avenida, com muitas opções de restaurante perto.

Cons:

Café da manhã com poucas opções e não era a la carte, você pedia um prato apenas e a água do chuveiro demorava muito para esquentar, houveram dias que tivemos que esperar uns minutos com o chuveiro aberto até a água quente chegar, funcionários um pouco difíceis de compreender pois falavam muito baixo

La tenciòn al cliente es regular, tiene problemas de agua, se va el agua frecuentemente.

La ubicaciòn.

Cons:

Quitan el agua sin avisar y el hotel no cuenta con soluciòn inmediata, se pasa sin agua toda la noche y regresa casi a las 7am.

Localização mais afastada da área de maior movimento da quinta avenida. Está numa extremidade da quinta avenida.
Pros:

O que mais gostei foi do espaço do quarto.

Cons:

Funcionários parecem não estavam muito simpáticos, pareciam estar cansados. Piscina com azulejos soltando e área da cobertura com aparência de abandonado. A localização não é boa. Embora seja do lado da quinta avenida, ela fica numa extremidade, já no final, onde tem pouco movimento de pessoas.
