Schöne Tiefgarage mit Ladeinfrastruktur.
Das Frühstück war besser, vielseitiger und gesünder, als im vergangenen Jahr. Weiter so, sie sind auf einem guten Weg!

Cons:

Zeitaufwand an der Rezeption zu lange für Standard-Prozeduren wie Check-In, Check-Out, Zahlung.
Das liegt aber nicht en den Mitarbeiter die sehr freundlich und geduldig sind, sondern an der technische Abwicklung intern. Extra Zahlungsvorgang für Frühstück. Extra Zahlungsvorgang für Garage etc.
Drei Belege für 1 Übernachtung; maximaler Zeitaufwand pro Gast: Geht gar nicht ! Dringender Beratungsbedarf für die Gruppe !!

Rude check-in, and bathroom not cleaned from the last guest.
Pros:

The only positive to say here, is the location if you need a night to stay while driving on a longer trip.

Cons:

The check-in personal during the night, was extremly rude in her communication approach, you for sure not feel welcome. Also the toilet was not cleaned from the day before, so there was feces on the toilet. All written here have been send to the leadership at the hotel, but no reply.

Schön war das Design im Haus.
Im Familienzimmer mit Küche hat man viel Platz.
Fenster schalldicht!
Frühstück ist ganz gut.
Gut geeignet für einen Boxenstopp zu oder aus den Bergen, mit Möglichkeit zu Fuß in die Altstadt zu kommen. Dort und auf dem Weg gibt's viele gute Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen. Von Fastfood bis Restaurant.

Cons:

Das Umfeld vom Hotel ist eher bescheiden, aber man kann direkt in die Altstadt laufen. Ca 20-30min.
Nach der Querung von Straßen und Eisenbahnen ist man nach ca 10min durch die Brache mit wenig Charme und landet prompt im türkischen und friedlichen Teil. Wir sind hier ohne Probleme auch abends zu Fuß nach dem Kinobesuch zurück.
Es ist wirklich schön auf die alte Stadtmauer zuzulaufen und gut zu finden.
