Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut. Viel Platz. Tische stehen weit auseinander. Zimmer war gut. Dusche cool mit dem Tigermotiv.

Personnel accueillant et disponible.
Chambre confortable et joliment décorée.
Il est possible d'emprunter de la vaiselle pour manger dans la chambre, équipée d'un frigo et four micro-ondes.
Le petit déjeuner est très varié. Il y en a pour tous les goûts.
L'hôtel est calme et idéalement placé pour se rendre rapidement en centre ville par le métro.

Wirklich gute Lage. Enge und nahe Anbindung an die Öffentlichen. Zimmer waren in Ordnung.

Cons:

Teils konnten wir Haare auf den Bettlaken oder im Badezimmer finden. Die Seife am Waschbecken im Badezimmer konnte innerhalb von 3 Tagen nicht aufgefüllt werden. Das Reinigungspersonal sollte hier definitiv auf solche (teils) Kleinigkeiten achten.

Das Frühstücksbüffet war bei geringer Auslastung in Ordnung. Waren allerdings ein paar mehr Leute beim Frühstück, so ist das Küchenpersonal nicht rechtzeitig zum auffüllen des Essens oder dem Wasser, den Säften gekommen. Das Personal (1-2 Leute) hat nebenbei das Geschirr gespült oder zugeschaut wie es gespült wurde. Hier wünscht man sich als Kunde und Gast mehr Präsenz oder auch eine schnellere und optimiertere Arbeitsweise, denn teils waren die Gläser oder Tassen nicht dauerhaft verfügbar.

Ein größeres, vielfältigeres und üppigeres Angebot wäre wünschenswert. Aber wie bereits oben erwähnt, es war in Ordnung.

Zimmer, Lobby und Essensbereich waren gut eingerichtet und komfortabel. Frühstück war sehr umfangreich.

Cons:

Zimmer Richtung Hauptstraße. Sehr laut. Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen und Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Daher sehr stickig. In der Dusche schwarzer Schimmel, da keine Lüftung vorhanden. Mangelhafter Service beim Frühstück, z.b. wurde Geschirr auf Tischen lange stehen gelassen und Säfte etc nur bei Nachfrage aufgefüllt. Kaltgetränke aus den Kühlschränken in der Lobby waren völlig überteuert. Zimmerpreise sind grundsätzlich für Lage und Service zu teuer. Rezeption war unterbesetzt. Nur eine Person zu Zeiten des Checkout.

Tolles Hotel, organisation naja

Die Lage, Ausstattung und Optik

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer war Baustelle und wir haben beim Check in 2 Stunden auf das Zimmer warten müssen weil Handwerker darin waren. Durch die Handwerker war das Bad auch nicht sonderlich sauber.
