Great value for money. Kind and caring staff.
Pros:

The view from the balcony was great, and the price was reasonable. We had no problem at all with hot water or airconditioning. We did have an issue with the electricity on our arrival, but the staff sorted it out soon. The staff and the lobby/cafeteria was kind and caring. My wife sad the food at the cafeteria was great(she tried the Banhmi there), but had no opportunity for myself. Will definitely try next time.

Cons:

Would have been nicer if we could have two keys for the room.

Small hotel in good location
Pros:

Its a very small hotel, 12 rooms on 5 floors with an elevator. The rooms are a reasonable size, but nothing special. Clean and comfortable. The location very near to the Cable Car Station and easy walk to many shops and restaurants.
The 'included' breakfast is limited to one item from the café menu and one coffee.
The staff are trying very hard to please everyone.

Pros:

Location is perfect and view from the balcony is amazing. The room is comfy and fresh. Everyday you can enjoy fireworks that are visible from the balcony or roof

Очень хорошее расположение прямо возле канатной дороги, персонал очень хороший и даже не смотря на то что некоторые не знали Английского пытались коммуницировать с помощью переводчика, на завтрак есть несколько позиций на выбор, их фо бо просто отличный

Pros:

Очень удобное расположение- напротив входа на канатную дорогу. С нашего окна трехместного номера видно было фейерверк первого вечернего шоу, а салют второго шоу был прямо перед нашим окном. Номер просторный. Горячая вода хорошим напором, умное потолочное кондиционирование (ни на кого не дует). Завтраки на выбор, либо суп фо, либо сэндвич, либо бан ми, нам хватало наесться до обеда. И есть кофемашина, варят кофе, а не разбавляют льдом субстанцию не понятную.

Идеально для одной ночи
Pros:

Самое идеальное расположение, до канатной дороги 3 минуты, в ресторане при отеле очень вкусный Фо Бо. С 4 этажа из номера шоу не видно. Но вид шикарный. Билеты на шоу в ресторане Бавария бронируйте заранее. Справа от отеля возле эскалатора бар, с него шоу видно
Важно! Два шоу вечером, а не одно. Остаться на ночь в Сансет тауне - идеальное решение.

Chị chủ và các bạn nhân viên nhiệt tình, vui vẻ. Vị trí gần cáp treo Hòn Thơm, đi bộ ra ga được. Khách sạn sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Ra cửa là xem được pháo hoa trực tiếp.

We stayed at Kanchan Sun Royal Phu Quoc with our family for one night. The location is brilliant, very convenient, and the view from the room was amazing. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and nicely done, making our short stay pleasant.

The staff were excellent — very warm, helpful, and easy to communicate with. A special mention for their flexibility: since we were checking out very early the next morning, they accommodated us with breakfast at check-in, which we really appreciated. The food was good and the communication throughout was smooth.

Cons:

There were a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom felt dated, and the exhaust system was poor — when the bathroom lights are turned off, the exhaust also shuts down, which isn’t very practical. The air conditioning was average, as the fan power automatically reduced after some time, affecting comfort slightly.

Отличная локация
Pros:

Потрясающая локация, прям напротив канатной дороги, номер чистый, все имеется, никаких нареканий. Вид из окна восторг, особенно вечером во время фейерверка .

Cons:

За две ночи в нашем номере не проводилась уборка. Но просьбу заменить полотенца исполнили моментально
