Pros:

Perfect central location, spacious apartment. 2 large bedrooms and toilets. Keyless entry was convenient as there were 4 of us who may be out and about at different times. 2 min walk to metro station.

Molto bello e confortevole
Pros:

Appartamento curato e pulitissimo.
Posizione centrale vicino alle attrazioni principali e alla metro.
Immerso in una zona tranquilla ma circondata da una Grande varietà di locali, bar e ristoranti.
Ho amato il locale con musica dal vivo 2 porte più giù ... Insonorizzato benissimo. Nonostante la vicinanza, in casa non si sentiva niente.

Le finestre davano sui pozzi luce, perciò nessuna vista .... Ma ciò non è stato importante dato che eravamo sempre in giro

Pros:

Ottima posizione, centrale e a un passo dalla metro. Siamo andati in piena estate e la casa si conservava fresca, l'aria condizionata funzionava benissimo e non era necessario tenerla accesa sempre. Comodo il mezzo bagno in più (senza la doccia).

Cons:

La vista è inesistente, le finestre affacciano su muri e tubi di servizio. Non c'è luce, in inverno sarebbe terribile, il ricambio d'aria è molto limitato. Ma la cosa davvero inaccettabile è che l'acqua calda finisce: eravamo in quattro e solo i primi due potevano fare una doccia con l'acqua calda, per lavarci tutti abbiamo fatto tutti docce mezze fredde, cosa che in estate si può anche sopportare (ma anche no) ma in inverno decisamente no.
