The unit needs major repairs
Pros:

Close to everything, shops, restaurants, transportation . Air conditioners are good , and washer and dryer are in good condition. Friendly people at the reception area.

Cons:

Run down property, dirty room and .toilet, torn bed sheets , lots of small cockroaches in the toilet and kitchen. Kitchen utensils are dirty . Property is not well maintained.

location is really great restaurants, malls, bus stations, train stations(mrt and lrt) and big wet market are near

Pros:

The place was very clean, very cozy and very spacious. There's a lot of space to move around, which is a must to families with small children like us. The place is also very close to the malls. The owner is very accommodating too. All in all we were very happy with our stay here. :)

Just that there were times when there was no internet signal.
