It was so bad. We are suffering from food poisoning. Whole chicken was rotten. I had it then we ordered again and got to know clearly that it was bad. Also, for dental kit they charged us. They charged us for the chicken we ordered previously. It should all be refunded. Thanks. Worst stay experience
No cleaning and no tissue in washroom

It was very clean and economical.
The location shown on booking.com is completely wrong. It shows 1.8 miles to the airport but the actual distance by road is 15 kms. Completely misleading.
Washroom and room was clean
Complimentary breakfast delays not punctual on time they takes more tym for order even in morning we don't get breakfast on time after that we leave from that place.
They work on paid breakfast order firstly.not on complimentary breakfast
It was cheaper and we were only guys, so we don’t care much about the location.

The locality. it was not up to the mark
The food was good and the stuffs were friendly.
Cleanliness - Bed sheet and blanket cover was full of oil marks (from food), after reporting they change the blanket cover only. Lot of human hair on the floor. Toilet drain cover was broken.

Love the Food, Stayed so many times but parking is a major problem in zirakpur. But this hotel has good space for parking.
Hotel like a home. When I left my home I was not expecting that the hotel would meet my expectations. But as soon as I entered the hotel the reception staff gave me a warm welcome. My luggage was taken to my room. In the room the cleanliness was superb. The bathroom was also very clean. I was offered a meal. I thank hotel management for my exciting experience in the hotel.

Wonderful experience. My stay in the hotel blue orchid was wonderful. Approachable location, polite staff, delicious food at reasonable cost, excellent reception, clean rooms. Wow, what a guest requires is available in hotel.

- The bathroom was not clean as in it was just provided as checked out by previous guest looks like.
