Pros:

The bathroom was very clean. The bed was comfortable and it had a nice warm duvet. It was close to my friends house. Their beautiful cat Prince was very friendly!

Cons:

The room was a little cold. It would have been nice to meet my host during my stay, but maybe next time!

Great value and very clean
Pros:

The entrance hall was clean and had ironing board and iron there. The rooms were comfortable and clean with a decent size fridge. Microwave, kettle, plates, cups, cutlery, coffee, tea and tunnock wafers. All had a tv and we were impressed with what was in the room. The bathroom was clean and new and towels were provided. It was definitely good value for money and we'd stay there again.

Cons:

The only thing I would have preferred were all rooms to be ensuite. But as we also had both rooms on the first floor the bathroom was only used by us. It's not an air bnb where you get the whole house which I thought. But it does advertise as guest rooms and it still worked out well.

Pretty good
Pros:

This place worked for what I needed as a place to stay while I set everything up for further travel. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The location is a little further out there, with no tube stations nearby and the bus lines not exactly fitting my needs. Regardless, I was still able to get around, even if it was slightly more inconvenient than I would have liked.

Restful, quiet, pleasant, nice landlady
Pros:

Very clean, quiet, spacious room with a good ambience

Cons:

Good shops and restaurants around here but a bit far to nearest underground if travelling without a car

Pros:

Nothing we checked before booking and paying on policies which we screenshot that there was no hidden fees or deposit

Cons:

No integrity, very poor and unprofessional attitude, despite saying they would refund our monies they made excuse not to despite not staying at the property because we wasn't made aware in policy of a security deposit long story short , the love of money root of all evil

Booking.com has changed no longer customer friendly as years pass am breaking habit of using this website

As with all business when they get big they take for granted the custom that helped them grow

Great place, brand new facilities, lovely host.
Pros:

Easy access, spacious room with great walk in shower.

Cons:

Bedding was not clean, and the room although it was clean it was a bit dusty - probably due to not being used in a while.
No bad smells or odours. Wardrobe could do with more hangers.
