숙소는 깔끔한데 엘리베이터는좁고 올라가려면 10분은 기다려야함 중국인들 겁나시끄러움

飯店整體舒適，但部分員工態度欠佳
Pros:

1. 地點不錯，旁邊就是海雲臺夜市跟沙灘，知名平價餐廳也很多，逛街方便。但離地鐵站還是需要走一小段路。
2. 房間雖然小，但兩個大行李箱打開還是沒問題的。隔音很好，冷氣也強，睡得不錯👍

Cons:

1. 住21樓的豪華海景房，實際上中間還是會被大樓擋住，加上大部分時間都在外面玩，感覺不太需要多花錢住這種房型。
2. 有一位櫃檯人員態度超差，我住宿多年第一次遇到check in不給寄放行李的，櫃檯人員用英文講了兩遍check out的人把行李空間佔滿了，但這是飯店空間不足的問題吧？我們只好先坐旁邊想看看要怎麼辦，10幾分鐘後有來一位員工態度比較正常，也幫忙騰出空間寄放行李了

Beautiful location and view, but review the service
Pros:

The view was great, the room was clean and tidy, the fridge with a small freezer in the room and the big shower

Cons:

The staff wasn’t welcoming ( when we left they didn’t even asked how it was the stay), we had days where they forgot to place the water battle, the balcony was useless, no chairs or small table to sit and relax with a view.

Pros:

海景房很棒，白天看海、晚上看夜景
櫃檯當天因為太多寄放行李讓我們提早入住，很棒
地理位置很好，附近熱鬧，離捷運站很近
房間很乾淨，睡得很舒服

해운대로 부터 가깝고 숙박비가 비싸지 않음.
가성비가 좋은 호텔.

Cons:

청소가 잘 되어있지 않고, 카드키 1개만 지급해서 불편함.

프론트 응대가 나이스하지 못함.
2시쯤 외국인 관광객들이 많았는데 왜인지는 모르겠지만
프론트 담당자의 표정이 안좋아서 뭐지 싶었음.

L’alarme incendie s’est déclenché dans l’hôtel à 6h du matin « par erreur » d’après le personnel. Nous logions au 31eme
Pros:

Proximité avec la plage et l’avenue principale excellente, la vue était magnifique depuis l’appartement. La salle de bain était bien.

Cons:

Pour la chambre, au vu du prix du séjour un petit kit nettoyage dans la salle de bain aurait été bienvenu. L’accueil de l’hôtel n’est franchement pas convivial, il n’y a pas d’espace commun où on peut habituellement se détendre lors du Check in/out et lors des soirées passés à l’hôtel..

Hotel is in a great location. Great views. Good staff. Terrible elevators. Room somewhat small.

Only 2 elevators in use. Oftrn long waits for the elevator. On the day we left, we had to wait until the 7th elevator came after 23 minutes before we could fit on the elevator. Quite stressful. Luckily, we did not have a tight connection. This issue should be addressed.

Hotel vicino al mare e vicino alla fermata della metro.
Camere con bella vista mare e scorcio città.

Cons:

Camera non troppo pulita e bagno piccolo non come da foto.
Un pò confusionario l’accesso all’hotel, con lunghe attese dell’ascensore.
