A savoir parking payant en bas de l'immeuble jour et nuit
Le logement est très bruyant dû au passage des avions.. Accueil boîte à clés..
je pense que ce serait bien de mettre le nom :A ver o mar" au dessus de la porte d entrée sur la rue.
La cour intérieure pourrait être vegetalisé vu comme ça pousse à Madere et ce serait sympa pour boire un verre ?

Posizione molto comoda dall'aeroporto e in una zona di mare estremamente carina.

Cons:

È un ostello con spazi comuni come ad esempio la cucina. Letto e cuscini scomodi bagno piuttosto maleodorante non particolarmente pulito e con lavatrice non funzionante

Le cadre est bien, mais quelques modifications à faire
Pros:

Il se situe à 30 secondes de la mer, cadre agréable.

Cons:

Aucune place de parking à proximité, il faut payer cher pour garer sa voiture… également beaucoup de fourmis dans le logement, même avec les fenêtres fermées…

Идеальное местоположение.прекрасный вид из окна кухни. В кухне есть все необходимое и даже больше, стиральная машинка, сушка для белья, фены, утюг...превзошел мои ожидания. Кондиционер хорошо охлаждал комнату. Единственное, чисто на мой вкус немного номер не уютный. Хотя кровать удобная, постель идеально белая. Все понравилось. Спасибо большое.

Все понравилось. Очень повезло с соседями, все были доброжелательны и внимательны. Благодарим.

En general, buen sitio. Cama muy cómoda, en el centro del pueblo y frente a la playa, a menos de 15 minutos andando del aeropuerto.

Cons:

Por poner algo, las puertas de las habitaciones aislan poco el ruido, asi que se oye poco ruido de la calle, pero si el el ruido de la gente en el pasillo entrando y saliendo. Pero en general es un sitio muy recomendable

Nice location in cute village of Santa Cruz.
The room is located in a house with a few rooms and a shared kitchen, which is nice if you want to have breakfast or a meal in.
Close to the beach and to the airport, very convenient if you have an early flight.

Cons:

Considering there are a few other rooms, you could hear a bit the people walking in the hallway-maybe the room sound proof can be slightly improved.

Vše bylo velmi funkční. Dobře fungující. Výborné poličky v lednici i mimo.
V zařízeni je vše co potřebujete.
Skvělá poloha, všude blízko.
Vypadá , že je čerstvě po rekonstrukci.

Cons:

Trochu je obtěžující hluk, ale můžete si zavřít okno a pustit AC.
Zavírání dveří od pokojů je taky hodně slyšet, ale na ubytování tohoto typu nám to nevadilo. Hodnotíme jako velmi dobré.

Funktional eingerichtetes und sehr sauberes Zimmer. Gut eingerichtet Küche, mit extra Fächer, gut sortiert für jedes Zimmer👍. Großes modernes Bad.
Insgesamt war die Einrichtung wirklich gut. Bei der Buchung, muss man wissen, dass sich die Unterkunft in der Nähe des Flughafens und im Stadtzentrum, gegenüber des Strandes befindet.
