Fantastisch
Pros:

Fijn hotel, fijn personeel. We hebben onze koffers zelfs 3 weken daar mogen laten, omdat we zelf gingen rondtrekken door Vietnam. Dit was geen enkel probleem en kosteloos. Uiteraard hebben we hiervoor wel een tip gegeven. (Die ze niet eens wouden aannemen) zeer tevreden! Indien ik terug in Hanoi ben, zal ik niet twijfelen om voor dit hotel te kiezen.

Quite fair option in Hanoi, in a quiet neighborhood
Pros:

Well located, clean room. Spacious.

Cons:

The check-in experience was not the best. At the beginning, they couldn't find my reservation; then they mentioned charging a 3% extra because of card payment (standard in Vietnam), but that ended up being a 9% extra instead. I didn't feel like fighting for it.

Værelset var utrolig beskidt, der var støv, pletter og mærker overalt, personalet var ikke til nogen hjælp overhovedet, ville ikke anbefale at bo her, det var virkelig ulækkert.

Звукоизоляция и ресторан
В ресторане часть блюд забыли.
Звуки в номере слышны от лифтов, с других этажей. Звонок у соседей как будто у нас слышно
