Villa Mila - Gili Air

We stayed here for 5 nights as a family of four in a two bedroom villa. The accommodation was perfect for our needs with comfortable beds, a cute little pool area and breakfast each morning. But what made it memorable was the staff. They were so incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay - preparing delicious breakfasts, arranging snorkelling trips and helping us with our transportation off the island. We felt very grateful for their kindness. Thank you Owen and all the staff at Villa Mila who made our stay so special.

The location was alright - it's located in the middle of the island, so if you want to avoid using the horse carriages it's a bit of a journey if you're following exactly what google maps says (maybe use the main road if you brought a roller suitcase, if you're backpacking you're fine), the route google maps takes you to has a lot of potholes leading up to the villa. But when you rent a bike, cycling around is easy and near to a lot of things and beaches. Mas and the rest of the staff there are really friendly and knowledgeable, you'll like them very much :)

Such a lovely and intimate accommodation in the centre of the island within walking distance of everything. The surroundings are peaceful and there is no disturbing music from beach clubs or bars, the nearby construction sites are only open during the day time.

There are good local and international restaurants, cafes, shops and beauty salons nearby. In addition, the island's only paddle court is located nearby.

The courtyard area and pool are pleasant and well maintained. The accommodation is small and unique, which is a big advantage. The air-conditioned rooms are pleasant and clean, they are cleaned daily. Towels and sheets are changed on request. There is drinking water available and the accommodation's restaurant is open during the day, offering snacks and drinks. You can book a bicycle, laundry service or book day trips from the reception.

The staff is really friendly, nice and helpful, they even become friends during your stay❤️ If you are looking for a unique, well maintained and small boutique villa, I truly highly recommend this accommodation.

Las instalaciones comunes son de 10 y las habitaciones muy bonitas, con una decoración muy cuidada, grandes y muy limpias. El personal es muy amable y atento, te explican todo, te dan recomendaciones sobre la isla y su trato es exquisito!!. El desayuno buenísimo 😋

Location was in the centre of the island so we could go anywhere easily. Staff was very helpful and went beyond expectations. Breakfast was really good too.

Le logement était impeccablement propre, confortable et parfaitement situé.
Le staff a été tout simplement incroyable : disponible, chaleureux et toujours prêt à aider. Nous avons longuement discuté avec eux chaque matin et chaque soir, et ils nous ont accompagnés dans tous les petits problèmes rencontrés sur l’île de Gili air. Grâce à eux, plusieurs situations compliquées ont été facilement résolues.

C’est de loin le meilleur hébergement que nous avons eu durant tout notre voyage. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous les voyageurs qui cherchent un séjour agréable, serein et bien entouré.

We chose this location for a specific purpose so were not that concerned about proximity to beaches or restaurants.
We found the facilities very adequate and the staff, especially Mas, Eyu and Owan very helpful and accommodating.

Nous avons passé un super séjour où le personnel était adorable, l’hôtel est propre et bien situé. Le petit dej était bon et nous avons pu avoir pleins de conseils sur les activités et restaurants à faire!!

Villa milla es un alojamiento con mucho encanto y sobre todo tranquilidad. Está muy bien situada pero sobre todo destacar la amabilidad de su personal siempre atento y muy simpático

We had an excellent stay at Villa Mila! The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained, and intimate, which makes it particularly pleasant and welcoming. Its location in the center of the island is ideal: everything is nearby, both for walks and excursions.

But what really makes the difference is the exceptional welcome from Mas and his team. Their kindness, availability, and constant attention made our vacation unforgettable. They helped us organize our excursions on the island and at sea, gave us careful advice, and even took the time to accompany us on our departures.

This is already our second stay at Villa Mila, and we plan to return without hesitation. A big thank you again to Mas and his team for their warm welcome and professionalism!🙏

Unser Zimmer war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Personal war super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir wurden schon mit einem Welcome-Drink begrüßt und uns wurde auch direkt gezeigt, was man alles so auf Gili Air machen kann. Wir haben uns während des Aufenthalts mit Mas und Ouen unterhalten - beide waren super offen und haben uns ein bisschen über ihre Kultur erzählt.

Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Le lieu est comme sur la description. rien à redire. belle piscine. chambres très propres et bien équipées. Personnel à l'écoute et très gentil . Merci au manager et à son équipe qui ont été très à l'écoute et de très bon conseil pour notre visite de gili air. Tres bon Petit déjeuner. L'emplacement de la villa est parfait au milieu de l'île tout se fait à pied , il y a même la possibilité de louer des scooters directement à la villa. Je recommande ce lieu. Merci pour ce séjour

Het is een mooie fijne plek. Met de fiets ben je zo overal. De jongens die werkzaam zijn, zijn heel vriendelijk. We hebben het fijn gehad!
