I booked a deluxe room as mentioned on the hotel’s website, but in reality, it was just a normal-sized room without any special features. The room description was not clear and did not match what was promised online. Even the food menu was disappointing, as many of the listed items were not available. Overall, the experience was not satisfying

Mostly Work so having the work desk in the room was very helpful.

Nice value if only the wifi worked
Pros:

Nice location. Clean for the standards in India. Hot water. The balcony was beautiful and useful to get some fresh air and to meet other guests. My husband got sick and they let us stay a bit longer, which we appreciate a lot.

Cons:

WiFi was not working at all. Shower was not working either - only the small tap underneath was, so we had to shower by filling some buckets with the tap.
