Essendo dei clienti fissi posso confermare che la struttura è FAVOLOSA con il confort della Spa che dopo una giornata sugli sci ti rilassa tantissimo
Tutto perfetto a parte delle piccole pecche funzionali nelle stanze che andrebbero controllate meglio.
Lokacija.
Hotel ima potencijala biti savršen, ponajviše zbog lokacije i uvjeta za skijaše ali na nekim "sitnicama" se gost razočara. Smještaj smo unaprijed platili i rezervirali wellness u točno određenom terminu (jer se samo tako smije koristiti). Nismo imali slobodne ležaljke, prostor je bio pun djece koja su skakala u bazen, igrala se loptama i rekvizitima tako da prskaju vodom sve i van bazena, stvaraju buku od koje je odmor i relaksacija nemoguća, izmjenjivala se u bazenu i jacuziju i nisi mogao doci na "svoj red", vode za piće koja je besplatna za goste nitko nije nadopunio pa je zapravo nije ni bilo i taj dio je neuredan i prljav. Ponuda za doručak je bogata slasticama ali od ostalog tu su samo po jedna vrsta šunke, jedna vrsta sira i kajgana napravljena iz praha. Od cijelog kolektiva samo nekoliko njih govori engleski i općenito su jako usporeni. Tek po check outu smo sami shvatili da kupnjom ski pass-a u hotelu ostvarujemo popust (sa 81, na 60 eur po osobi) a iako smo im rekli da smo dosli na skijanje nitko nam to nije rekao.

Posizione, gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, centro spa e wellness e la colazione molto varia e con prodotti ottimi.
Il bagno non mi è piaciuto, l'ho trovato scomodo, molto piccolo senza bidet e con la doccia a tendina. Non all'altezza di un hotel a 4 stelle.
Zimmer ok, Ausblick vom Zimmer schön.
Frühstück war in Bezug auf Pikantes sowie Obst und Gemüse fad.
Enttäuschend, dass es auf einer 14tägigen Reise durch Italien zwar das teuerste Zimmer war, aber Pool mit 15,- je Person extra. Nicht einmal in einem 5Stern Hotel in Abano Terme war SPA extra zu zahlen.
Informiert wurde von den Zusatzkosten erst nach Buchung.
