Generally its ok .
Cons:

Bathroom shower water is intermittent throughout bathing.
Only one room key is issued even though i have requested a second one which is a norm in all hotels i have stayed before.
Encountered a black out in the room due to hotel's circuit breaker has tripped.

Very convenient, comfortable but no-frills
Pros:

The location is great - really convenient for KL Sentral station, and lots of good food in the neighbourhood. It is not a flashy neighbourhood, but I really enjoyed where we were and as we were in and out of the city a few times, it was a convenient base. Also, the staff were lovely, very helpful and did their best to resolve a few issues when they did arise.

Cons:

I stayed here twice, and the first time had no issues. However, the second time we did have some problems with cleanliness, as well as some water leaking in the bathroom when we used the shower. Both times we did not have a window in our room, which was a bummer but as we wanted to save money we didn't mind.
