Great location, but the room condition, noise, and customer service need significant improvement.
Pros:

The hotel is very close to KL Sentral Station, making it extremely convenient. It’s just one stop from the airport on the KLIA Express, and I was also able to catch the train to Penang easily. The location is definitely the biggest advantage.

I was able to leave my luggages there few days for free!

Cons:

Unfortunately, the overall stay was disappointing. The taller receptionist at the front desk was not very friendly or welcoming. The hotel felt more like a motel than a hotel. The bathroom had a smell, and there was mold around the sink and shower area. The in-room safe made a squeaking noise throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. My room was next to the housekeeping office, (first floor)so there was constant noise from staff walking back and forth and talking in the hallway. I booked the hotel twice, the first time 6 days and the second time 1 night since my flight got canceled. Since I stayed in my room during the day to rest after my trip, the noise was especially disruptive. I only booked this hotel because I needed an extra night before my flight.
