There was a roach in one of the rooms, AC didn’t work in one of the rooms, multiple lights did not work, and the toilet in one of the rooms wouldn’t hardly flush. Check in was on a tv/robot.

No one called me back on phone call. Simple question where was flush for toilet? I admit I found when I moved the paper hiding it. Left a note suggesting not to cover the button.
Staff not only didn't return my call but didn't try to deescalate my anger. Best to ask customer why so angry rather than argue back . Staff job is to calm down a customer not make it worse.. Plus I was talked to using vile profanity you do not speak to people that way unless you consider them trash. Yes I was mad but didn't use vile language. Need training how to handle upset customers.
A returned call would have fixed everything but I even checked for recordings and no phone call reply.
Everything was fine with 2 exceptions.
No shampoo and I was out in a smoking room, no idea those existed. Smelled.
This was THE most digusting room I have ever seen. I realize I paid for an inexpensive room due to just needing a safe place to sleep. I felt far from safe and should of just asked for my money back and left, but I was very tired. I had to wear my shoes the entire time, and brought my blankets in and slept on top of the bed! The floors were filthy and it looks like more of a rent by the hour if you know what I mean!!! Microwave had to be moved to work. Shower was the only saving grace. Door had dirt all over it and a big gap. I slept terrible finally at 4:00 am got up and got out of there.!!!
