The room is spacy and nice and it has a kitchen corner. Our room was situated on the 2nd floor and it was fairly quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room cleaning, if you want it, is provided every day. The receptionist is extremely nice and friendly, always smiling. The location is quite good - about 40 minutes from the pedestrian street by foot, but since not many people walk in the city, and use a taxi, then you get to the tourist area easily and quickly.
The room has a large kitchen, but the utensils are really poor. Actually there is almost nothing - everything you have to ask yourself, even the cups for tea. No sharp knife. No cutting board. They bring you a pot and a pan if you ask. There is a nice dining table, but only one chair, so you need to ask for another one.
Convenient location in D3. So nice to have free laundry. Comfortable room and bed; kind and helpful staff.
Third floor walk up might be a problem for some.

The staff were incredibly kind and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The location is great—convenient and central—though it stays lively and buzzing throughout the day, which may not suit everyone. The apartment was spotless, with everything in excellent condition, including the well-functioning air conditioning that was a lifesaver in the heat. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of toiletries being provided, and the gated premises felt very secure.
The only two minor drawbacks were a bit of sporadic nighttime noise coming from above the room and bright light streaming in after sunrise, as the curtains didn’t sit flush against the windows. Overall, a great experience though.
Conveniently located in the center of one of the most bustling districts of HCM City. You can spend just 5 minutes walking around and find more than 100 stores, restaurants, coffee shops to enjoy. Also, the co-working space is cozy, especially in a rainy day.
Bonus: the auto-closing gate is funny.
2 people in a room but only 1 keycard which is less convenient. Consider the gate requires a keycard to open.
