Categories

Cleanliness
1
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness ("clean room", "perfectly clean", "phòng sạch"). Overall clearly positive on cleanliness.
Service
1
Staff repeatedly described as friendly and cheerful, though one comment notes the service could be improved — overall positive but with minor room for improvement.
Location
1
Several reviews highlight a very good/central location and proximity to cafes and breakfast spots; location sentiment is clearly positive.
Room Quality
1
Rooms are described as clean and with a nice balcony, but issues noted (no AC, delayed hot water, and steep ladder access to some rooms) negatively affect room quality.
Amenities
1
Noted amenity problems include no AC (only a fan) and a delay for hot water; parking is convenient but the lack of certain basic amenities had a strong negative impact.
Value for Money
1
Value for Money was not mentioned explicitly in the reviews; assigned the target overall rating.
Food and Beverage
1
Guests mention many nearby cafes and good breakfast options near the property; on-site food/beverage not described, so nearby offerings are a modest positive.
Overall Experience
1
General impressions are mixed: many positive points (clean, friendly staff, great location) but significant negatives (amenities, access to some rooms) that lower the overall experience.
* This sentiment is summarized by AI based on user reviews.

Pros:

staff is very friendly, kind & supportive

Cons:

the wifi connection is not good. i could not use it when i stayed in the room.
The water heater was not working, and the water pressure in the bathroom was very weak. I didn't feel comfortable using the bathroom in Room 401. However, the staff kindly moved me to Room 301, and the situation improved significantly.

Great stay with good location.
Pros:

Modern design, clean room and friendly staff. No AC but good fan - kept the room very cool.

Cons:

Took a while for the hot water to run through, we put the sink tap on H and the shower warmed up quicker.

Rất tuyệt!
Pros:
