Pros:

The location was wonderful - very close to the station but very quiet. The place was spacious, perfect for a family stay. Great floor heating, keeps us warm. Everything we need was there.

Cons:

Would be nice to have an extra set of towels. TV connection was bad. Difficult to find the location. But overall, it was a great stay. I would highly recomment it.

L’appartement est propre, confortable et équipé de tout le nécessaire. Sa localisation est idéale : la gare d’Akabané, toute proche, permet de rejoindre facilement et rapidement les quartiers centraux de Tokyo.

Nous tenons à souligner la grande gentillesse et la disponibilité de l’hôte. Lors de notre séjour, la climatisation du 3ᵉ étage était défaillante. Même si nous ne pouvions en profiter que pour les deux derniers jours, il n’a pas hésité à la remplacer par un appareil neuf, installé en une demi‑journée seulement, pendant que nous étions en vadrouille à Tokyo. Ce geste, rare et très apprécié, témoigne de son sérieux et de son attention envers ses invités.

Enfin, nous avons beaucoup aimé le quartier d’Akabané, vivant et riche en commerces et restaurants. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour et recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Le troisième étage étais hyper chaud mais le problème est maintenant réglé

Air BNB was much bigger and better than a small hotel room
Pros:

Handy to train station, restaurants, 7/11 or Family mart. The toilets were great, and there was alot of kitchenware avaliable to use. Bikes were available for us to use, the tyres were flat, but i messaged the property and they pumped it up for us. Air con was great. There was only two cups, two glasses, not even for more than that amount of people.

Cons:

It was very very hard to find, not even uber could find the property. There was only one thin towel each, really needed 2 for a week stay, so we could always wash one and have a clean one ready. The beds or pillows weren't comfortable at all.

Spacious, Great Value and great location for those who wish to go to Izakayas
Pros:

I stayed here with 2 friends and this 3 floor apartment was the perfect size for the 3 of us! The Akabane JR train station was only 5 minutes away. And if you wish to go to Izakayas, this location would be great for you since Akabane has a lot of options. The host was friendly and responsive whenever we had questions. Overall, good place to stay for the value.

Cons:

The places wasn't as clean as we would have liked. A bit of dust in areas and the kitchenware in some of the cabinets wasn't too organized. It was too bad though. Also the TV had a bad signal while we were there so we were unable to watch local television. We had to use hdmi to connect to one of our laptops or use the dvd player.

While the house itself was very clean, we noticed some dirty dishes and utensils left behind, which should have been addressed before our arrival. Additionally, there were no instructions provided for using the heater, WiFi, or other amenities, which made it a bit challenging to settle in. More detailed guidance or quicker communication from the host would have made the experience even better. Despite these small issues, the stay was enjoyable, and we would definitely consider coming back.

No where to put out the rubbish when the bin gets too full inside the house, had to contact the host to pick up the rubbish.

Pros:

walk a few minutes to JR station very close. a lot of choices shops , supermarket and restaurants nearby. a lot of family daily necessaries in the house, such as bowls, plates..

Cons:

i can't say i didn't like but just remind it is a 3 floors house, you have to walk stairs within the house , haha...
