Pros:

A thoughtfully designed, spacious penthouse apartment with beautiful ocean views. Toast and coffee on the sunny balcony was a perfect start to the day The kitchen was well equipped, the ice maker in the fridge/freezer an added bonus. A really comfortable king size bed and quiet location ensured a good night's sleep, despite the fact the hotel is close to the airport.
Ivan the Ocean Suites manager was quick to respond to messages with helpful advice.

Cons:

There was a lot of confusion initially with locating the Ocean suite apartment which is on the top floor of the ESJ hotel, Isla Verde, this isn't mentioned on the Booking.com website and secondly the hotel reception staff didn't have any idea where the apartment was, even though it is in their building! There was a lot of toing and froing, pulling cases up and down stairs after a long journey until this issue was resolved. Booking.com need to address this as we were definitely not an isolated incident. It need to be addressed that the booking is with a private company not the ESJ hotel.

Departamento hermoso pero me siento estafada.
Pros:

El departamento hermoso ,la vista maravillosa y la recepcionista del hotel un amor.

Cons:

Estaba sucio en los clóset habían restos de rollo de confort, sábanas sucias de huéspedes anteriores , el baño se mojaba entero cuando te duchabas los escobillones , trapeador todo llena de pelo y pelusas. En general a primera vista se ve limpio pero al instalarse te das cuentas de estos detalles.
El edificio y la dirección no es la misma que sale en booking ya que el alojamiento queda en el hotel ESJ towers que tienen hotelería y arriendo de departamentos, no tienen servicio de resort, el precio que cobran por adicionales no aplica. Creo que es un engaño.
El departamento que arrende de acuerdo a la dirección de booking queda a unas cuadras más alejada del departamento que me alojé, (el departamento que aloje queda en el ESJ TOWER y este es más económico de acuerdo a booking)
Por favor revisen que la dirección y el edificio que se publica sean los correctos.
El departamento es hermoso y remodelado pero la relación precio calidad mala.

It was a great experience in PR!
Pros:

The property was clean, close to many landmarks, staff was very respectful and nice. I loved waking up to the ocean every morning and walking on the beach which is right outside of the building. The representative that rented the space was very informative and nice. I would recommend this space.

It was overwhelming and it meant our expectation.
Pros:

The room was beautiful and beyond expectation, and the balcony was a nice touch. We spent a great deal of time on the balcony in the evening, with the sound of the waves of the ocean.

Cons:

Really nothing, everyone was very supportive to help us if we needed anything. Plus, they were helpful with our luggage's and parking my rental car.

A little piece of heaven
Pros:

First thing first, the view from the room was absolutely gorgeous. Got some stunning sunset pictures The room itself was spacious and clean. The location was central to a variety of restaurants and other amenities. The best part was the beach was right behind the complex.

From the service to the stay everything was smooth and exceptional.

The suite was large and modern, comfortable bed. The beach was beautiful, great for long walks. Plenty of restaurants in the area.
