Easy access to the mall and the host is excellent!
Pros:

I like my stay at this location, it is very close to the mall(Mall of Asia) easy access to grab or move it. The lobby is quite big and the room is not as big but it has free access to wifi and the host is friendly, accommodating, helpful, kind and even I check in late they still answer your inquiries.

Cons:

No swimming pool at the location yet. Still under construction.

Superb stay!!!
Pros:

Our 18-night stay was truly outstanding. The unit, while compact, was thoughtfully designed and perfectly comfortable for our family of four. It had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived.

The host’s hospitality was exceptional. They accommodated our early check-in, responded promptly to every question, and went above and beyond with all of our requests. Their attentiveness made our experience even more memorable.

The location is a huge bonus, just a short walking distance to Mall of Asia, which made shopping, dining, and exploring incredibly convenient.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Modern, comfortable and clean!
Pros:

Location close to the mall and airport is great, the modern building and staff including the host are fantastic! Everything is clean and well thought out. Great stopover for us. Would highly recommend staying.

Cons:

While advertised for 4, the sofabed is really small and could hardly comfortably hold our 9 & 11 yo. Great swimming pool but as it lies in the shade most of the day quite cold. Both are definitely not dealbreakers but purely an FYI.

Would stay here again
Pros:

The whole unit was accommodating. It had appliances that we needed. The location was great too, nearby conviences stores, laundromat, restaurants, and more. The host was very nice and communicative, and they helped us a lot throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Just a small suggestion, nothing big of a deal, but it would've been nice if there was a full body mirror or some sort. I had to rely on the only mirror that was in the bathroom while getting ready or doing hair and makeup.

Highly recommend staying here. Well maintained and clean condo unit
Pros:

The property is clean and complete with home necessities. If you see this unit available and you need a place to stay, book it. The bed linens and towels smells freshly washed. You can tell they actually clean and take care of the unit. There’s hand soap, hand sanitizer, and cleaning supplies. You can tell that they have your comfort and hygiene in mind. I have stayed at other units around MoA and this unit has been the best and cleanest. They also addressed questions and concerns immediately. Reasonably priced as well.

Pros:

The place is close to SM MOA and the airport. Aside from that, the location is super convenient since there's a supermarket all over Shore Residence and restaurants as well. As for the room, it's clean and comfortable, and the amenities are complete. There's also a pool and gym which is a plus.

Cons:

There was no internet. I tried all the instructions the owner told us on how to bring back the internet but it was for naught. However, it was not the owner's fault since it might be a network issue. Also, the lighting was slightly dim since it uses orange hue. Apart from that everything was great.
