Sie war direkt an der Brick Lane gelegen und nicht weit weg von der nächsten Bahnstation. Zudem war die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr schön.
Die Unterkunft ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Badezimmer war nicht sehr sauber.

La habitación no tenía cortinas y daba a una terraza común, cualquiera que saliese podía verte dentro de la habitación por lo que no había nada de intimidad y a las seis de la mañana ya entraba mucha luz lo que hacía difícil el descanso
It was bloody freezing throughout my stay! Outside it was 5 degrees, and inside not more than 10 - the heating was turned off. Despite me flagging this early on to the manager, and despite his promises, this was not fixed. Terrible customer service, and embarrassing for Booking.com. I want a refund.
The location is great and the bed super comfortable (we stayed in the small room).
Communication was horrible! I asked three times if I could check in at 3 pm which was the earliest check-in time but no one replied to my messages. I had to call the agency and a very nice lady help me immediately but the guy who said he would manage my stay Ahmed Hussain ignore me the whole day. When I arrived at the flat, it was still dirty from previous guests but the cleaning lady came some time after which wasn’t a problem for me as she was very sweet. I informed Mr Hussain that the washing machine was full of dirty and very smelly water from the sink and asked him to fix it which he ignored and just replied with “I am in the tube”. I tried to follow up but he continued to ignore me. We had to go to a laundromat and pay extra money which was annoying since we picked the Flat for the washing machine. Also, the heating didn’t work which was reported by the other couple so Mr. Ahmed showed up but left without fixing it. I had to show him my text from the days before since he had forgotten that I asked him about the washing machine….
Also, they only gave us a shower towel each so no towel in the bathroom to dry your hands. I asked the cleaning lady twice but they never brought me a hand towel.
Be aware that our cleaning lady is coming in daily anytime so you don’t really have much privacy there. Further on the topic of privacy: a big surprise was that our room which leads to the terrace didn’t have a curtains so the cleaning lady and the other couple staying were able to peek in any time which is not ideal for a couple and made us feel uncomfortable. I also communicated that to the agency. In the end, I asked them if we could hang onto the key as it was pouring rain and we wanted to leave our bags in the flat but they continue to ignore me.
I liked the flat as it’s super central and the terrace is incredible but you can tell the management doesn’t care if you have a problem and it’s not very private.
