日本人が泊まるならここ一択！
Pros:

まるで日本に戻ったかのような綺麗なホテルでした。トイレはTOTO、ベッドやアメニティの他に、ルームウェアもサラサラで着やすかったです。
エレベーターもあるのでお部屋までの移動も楽だし、なにより、夕食サービスでのカレーと、夜食サービスのおにぎりと味噌汁が、海外長期滞在の際には非常に嬉しかったです。

枕元にコンセントもあるし、鏡の近くにコンセントもあり、毎日お水の補充とタオル交換も行っていただけるので大変快適に過ごせました。

男女で大浴場には違いがあり、女性用の大浴場はビューがありません！ここだけ期待せずに行くほうが良いです。
お部屋のアメニティのシャンプーとコンディショナーはよかったです！
ロングで細めの髪の私ですが、こちらのシャンプーとコンディショナーで十分だったので、こだわりがない人は自分で持ってこずここのを毎日使うで、十分だと思います。

ハノイ出張の際はもちろん、観光だったとしても、ベトナムならではのローカルなお店が周りにあったり、サークルKも近くにあるのでとても便利です！旧市街へは徒歩では行けませんが、バスでも20分ほどで行けるはずなので、ロケーションとしてもとても良かったです。
日本語のニュースが流れていて、安心感がありました。

Cons:

窓のない部屋もあり、そこだと外の光が入らない。
これは特殊な例だったかもしれないが、部屋で仕事をする必要があり、仕事をしていたら、掃除の人が来て私がいるのにも関わらず掃除をしてくれたこと。掃除の人には日本語も英語も通じないので、「今日はいらないです」と言っても通じず掃除をしてくれたので、もちろんありがたいですが、事前にフロントに伝えておくべきだと思いました。

日本人には快適なホテル
Pros:

フロントの方が日本語ができTVの視聴方法について尋ねたところ丁寧に説明していただきました　TVは日本の番組はほとんど見ることができました
あと9階の大浴場を利用させて頂きましたが大変リラックスできて良かったです

Cons:

部屋に窓がなく日本で借りてきたWiFiの接続がうまくできませんでした　ホテルのWiFiは繋げることができ問題はありませんでした
大浴場にサウナがありますが入り口の扉が完全に閉まっておらず温度が低かったのが残念でした

ホスピタリティ
Pros:

帰る日のフライトが夜だったが、チェックアウト後も荷物預かりして貰い、出発前には大浴場にも入れて貰えた。スタッフも皆さん日本語が出来るし、何も不自由無かった。また宿泊前にメールの問い合わせをしたが、返答が速やかで大変良かった。
