Good location, clean.

Cons:

No hot water and very noisy at night due to several restaurants just in front of the hotel, even at 3 a.m. people can still party and talk loudly.
Also the manager is really surly - worrying only about the payment. I booked room with a/c for 2 nights but he refused to give it to me referring to unfair price with booking.

close to the beach but loud in the night. no expectations
Pros:

Place is not bad but somehow the vibes and atmosphere was lacking. just in the middle of the party area. for party people it’s good place. but don’t expect too much.
liked the fact that we had an extra sink in the room. for three of us it’s comfortable.

Cons:

we wanted to sleep in the night , but noice around didn’t allow it. elevator was just next to our room. someone forgot to close the doors on the ground floor. it continuously repeats “close the door please” with the music. it was not possible to sleep unless I went to close the door there. we were on second floor.
