Excelente ubicación!
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel. Que tiene alberca. Que hay cerca muchos restaurantes y una plaza. Y si tienes evento en el centro de convenciones Siglo XXI puedes irte caminado. Se agradece que las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado.

Cons:

Te miden el uso de toallas (minuciosamente). La presión del agua es mala, te puede pasar que te estas bañando y se va el agua. El internet no estan bueno, pero si te saca del apuro.

Porque para uno te queda caminando a 7 mins y el otro caminando a 20 o en transporte a 4 mins

El precio es accesible. Es un hotel BBB.

Cons:

Le falta mantenimiento, el wifi malísimo, el piso de la regadera no es el adecuado pues es liso y brilloso lo q hace q te resbales. Las puerta no ajustaba como debería.

Pros:

La ubicación para trámites de CAS y consulado USA. Cercanía con las plazas y el museo de la cultura maya ❤️

Cons:

El clima dejo de funcionar. Afortunadamente el clima estaba fresco por temporada y el ventilador de techo fue suficiente.

Habitación amplia, y super cerca del consulado, so vas a realizar tramites de la visa esta super cerca.

RUIDOOOOOO!!!!! Aunado que el Hotel se encuentra a un costado de una avenida myy transitada, el personal de limpieza y recepción platicando y risas desde las 6 am, no se puede dormir a gusto, las habitaciones ya estan viejas, la cortina del baño muy pequeña y todo se mojaba, el minisplit con fuga desde hace 10 años, la vdd si quieres dormir no te po recomiendo.
