Robbed me
Cons:

Wouldn't take my credit card and refused cash for the security deposit, and then didn't refund my room. Book literally anywhere else in red deer.

Awful, dirty, unsafe!
Pros:

Nothing!

Cons:

The homeless people walking up to me as I was parking. There was a dirty towel in our room when we walked in and dirt on the beds. We didn’t end up staying. We left and when somewhere else.

Would stay again but plan breakfast elsewhere.
Pros:

It was clean and a good rate. Check in staff was great but the breakfast was terrible. Rubber eggs, two anaemic sausages, lady offered to heat up a oancake . It wad 9:30 and brea was supposed to go till 10.

Cons:

The check in staff was nice, the place was nice and clean.

A comfortable stay for one night.
Pros:

The breakfast was adequate. Could have had a few more fruit choices.

Cons:

The location is not ideal in terms of the activities surrounding and it sits between two busy streets. However, we had no difficulties getting to and from the hotel. The hotel building/doors, mats, and towels were well used and dated.

My wife and I found the staff very pleasant and breakfast well placed out .
Pros:

Found the contenantal breakfast very nicw with a good selection

Cons:

The bathroom was very dated and the shower did not work and having the sink in the main room was a big let down. I reported this to the morning crew apone checking out and all i got was an Oh .that did not sit well with my wife and I, maybe an I'm sorry to hear that or how can we make this right might have been a better response I'm thinking.
