Pros:

location was amazing i could see the sunrise and the sunset also the view of the lagoon and the elephants in the morning specially the yoga sessions with Bodhi ere amazing

Great stay within the reach of main Arugambay Hub
Pros:

The hotel has a beautiful minimalistic style decor and atmosphere, the rooms were spacious, the staff were very helpful with information about the hotel as well as the arugambay area. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop where you can watch the sunrise as well as sunset!

Cons:

A bit further away from the main arugambay area but reachable by tuk tuk very easily

Chaotisch - unsauber - unfreundlich!
Pros:

Ruhige abgelegene Lage von Arugam Bay, aber dennoch in einigen Minuten erreichbar.

Cons:

Völlig chaotisch - angefangen vom Check in bis zur Abreise. Zimmer nicht vorbereitet - nicht in der Lage Frühstück für rund 20 Personen machen - unfreundliche Art des Mitarbeiters vor Ort, er war völlig überfordert mit einer Gruppe von 20 Personen (obwohl rund 2 Monate im Vorfeld gebucht).

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen - Hände weg!

It was a peaceful stay at Hotel Rise & Set. The location has a rusty - gothic vibe away from crowds.
Pros:

It was English breakfast served with bread, margarine and jam together with an omelette. Parking is available and the room was spacious & quiet. Room facilities are satisfiable. The manager (Mr Kamal) conducts yoga classes and is informative on spiritual teachings.

Cons:

Cleanliness can be improved.

Location was a good

Cons:

Breakfast was included but they told us they could not provide breakfast. The room and bathroom were not clean. There were cobwebs everywhere and dust on the furniture. There were black particles in the water. Hot water only worked in the morning.

J'ai été très bien accueilli par l'équipe. Bon petit déjeuner. Le toit-terrasse offre un très bon point de vue sur le lagon et les animaux présents. Proche à pied d'Arugam Bay.
