Important information:

For guests staying over the Christmas and New Year period, our restaurant service times and menu will change. For further information, please contact the hotel. Please be aware that the hotel cannot guarantee availability for dinner reservations. Should you wish to book a table in our restaurant please contact the hotel in advance of your stay to avoid any disappointment. Use of our spa facilities is restricted to between 08:00 - 10:00 for children aged 16 years and younger. Please note that spa treatments must be booked in advance to avoid disappointment. One hours use of the spa facilities is included for each night of your stay, pre-booking is essential. Accommodations reservations in Holiday Houses do not include use of the spa facilities.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Breakfast foods were replenished regularly. Spa facilities are small but ok.

Cons:

The fact that despite the spa only re-opening the day before we arrived, the steam room was not working and I'm sure there should be bubble jets in the hydrotherapy pool as well. I also didn't like the fact that people left their towels on the heated loungers thus preventing others from using them. There are plenty of hooks for towels/robes to be hung up on.

Breakfast not great and not much communication - partner asked to order veggie sausages, she wanting told she needed to collect them from the buffet area, eventually we found this out and they were cold - lovely young staff but they need some direction .

A very enjoyable stay that we would have liked to prolong. It is quite likely that we will return
Pros:

The room, whilst not huge, was a comfortable size and had an excellent sea view. The shower, however, was only ever lukewarm and there was no explanation about turning on the fan switch located outside of the bathroom. The hotel facilities and its surrounding grounds were superb. We would have stayed longer had the room been available although it was a bit pricey. The breakfast menu was extensive with enough variety to please everyone.

Cons:

The warmth of the shower. The cooked food for breakfast was a little cold and needed heating up. The plates too were not warmed enough.

Other than staff in lower bar,we had a lovely stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice, and staff were excellent, very helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

We went downstairs to have a drink and chat with friends, the staff on Sunday night were not as helpful as staff in restaurant, infact quite rude.!!
