For guests staying over the Christmas and New Year period, our restaurant service times and menu will change. For further information, please contact the hotel. Please be aware that the hotel cannot guarantee availability for dinner reservations. Should you wish to book a table in our restaurant please contact the hotel in advance of your stay to avoid any disappointment. Use of our spa facilities is restricted to between 08:00 - 10:00 for children aged 16 years and younger. Please note that spa treatments must be booked in advance to avoid disappointment. One hours use of the spa facilities is included for each night of your stay, pre-booking is essential. Accommodations reservations in Holiday Houses do not include use of the spa facilities.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Unfriendly staff
Stunning property overlooking Cardigan bay. Not many better locations in the UK. Rooms weren’t big but bed was comfy and the en-suite had a good shower and the sea view rooms are just a joy to wake up to.
There is nothing not to like about this place. It may look slightly dated on the outside as you drive up but you will be pleasantly surprised when you enter.

Wonderful location, with stunning views, especially if you have a room overlooking the sea. Great location next to a good golf course.
Nice restaurant overlooking the bay, where if it’s calm you have a good chance of seeing dolphins.

The spa is lovely and very relaxing, but the pool is very small and octagonal, so not much good if you want to have a good swim

We feel like the food option should be explored. Your hotel is very high-end an amazing but the food menu did not live up to the standards. It could have had better options rather fish and chips, burger steak, pie and mash. it would be something you'd find in a pub

The hotel is in a beautiful location .and so much to see in the surrounding countryside The staff were very friendly,, shame the swimming pool isn’t a big bigger for the size of the hotel and the amount of people that use it.but a very nice Spa area.

main meal dissatisfied disappointed asked for chunky chips and got chip shop scraps and sharp bits of chips, fish very small and batter not cooked but soggy underneath top layer of batter .
