Great staff, lovely place, just let down in small places.
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and helpful.
The cleaning and general care in the rooms was exceptional by the cleaners.
The garden leasing from the room hosted a lot of wildlife.

Cons:

There were small things throughout, but the biggest one was the chainsaw which would run daily in the gardens by the grounds staff, intermittent for 1-2 hours, it was almost impossible to enjoy the tranquility of the place. I'm not one to complain, but in the end I had to raise my concerns at reception to request it to stop. Before I complained I watched couples retire to their rooms in disappointment due to the noise the chainsaw created nearby.

Others,
The tv in the room was almost impossible to configure.
Not all of the jacuzzis are hot.
Breakfast does become a bit repeatable after 3 days.

Great cozy stay after long days of adventures!
Pros:

Friendly staff, pool and multiple sucluded hot tubs were lovely. Breakfast was always fresh and a good variety everyday! Good central location to restaurants and activities. Would stay here again

Die Anlage war schöner und offener als die Bilder vermuten ließen. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit einer großen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Vulkan, der sich leider nur kurz zeigte. Das Frühstück auf der überdachten Terrase war sehr gut und es gab sogar eine Omelett-Station. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Whirlpools waren auch sehr schön für die abendliche Entspannung. Wir haben unsere ersten Tage in Costa Rica hier verbracht und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wollte eigentlich gar nicht wieder abreisen..

Pros:

Each room offers great privacy, which made our stay very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. We enjoyed visiting the spa every day — it was relaxing and well maintained. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around.

Beautiful property, clean, friendly staff.
Pros:

The room was nice, clean, and great views. The grounds were clean and well kept. The swimming pool was nice with lounge chairs and towels provided by the front desk. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Pros:

Great rooms and breakfast options. Lovely grounds that make you feel like you are not near a town.

Hotel 3 étoiles à la fortuna a 1,5 km de la ville
Pros:

La chambre était sympa assez grande .et surtout propre
Les jacuzzis et la piscine très agréables.
L emplacement pas trop loin de la ville en voiture

Cons:

Lumière pas très suffisante dans la chambre.
Mini bar cher on pourrait nous offrir une bouteille d eau comme partout vu le prix de la chambre.
Petit déjeuner pas super notamment jus de fruit de mauvaise qualité . Et le reste moyen

Well worth the visit, hope to return one day.
Pros:

The property is gorgeous, with a nice view of Arenal (when it's not too cloudy). And, the food is top notch!
Also, the staff were nothing but friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The wi-fi is a bit spotty, but that wasn't really a problem for me.

Pros:

Beds comfy. Lovely grounds. Decent pools and bar. Good breakfast. Amazing view of the volcano!
Staff were very lovely.

Cons:

Had to taxi into town as it was around a 30+ min walk however this cost a few dollars each way.
